As a Dodgers fan I can see how, from the outside looking in, the optics on this looks bleak for fans of other teams. The reality is that this doesn't happen if the players the Dodgers are acquiring aren't willing to play for the Dodgers if the opportunity is there. The Dodgers are a well run organization, top notch ownership, top notch managers, top notch scouting and top notch players who all play for one another without attitude or infighting.. This team is a unit with culture and if I'm a player trying to win and get the most out of my career I would go there for less money as well.
@@TheDesignatedHitteryt Yep. I'm just glad I'm a Dodgers fan, if I wasn't I would feel a bit bitter as well.. I am not about to lie about the situation of other fans.. But the reality is also this, there are no guarantee's that the Dodgers win it all at the end of the day because Baseball is a fickle game and anything can happen between the lines.. Loved the topic and video.. Subbed..
MLB ruined baseball when they didn't punish the Astros for 2017 vs the Dodgers in the world series. Then, fans said that the 2020 WS was a "Mickey Mouse" WS and called them the LA Chokers in 2021, 22, and 23. The Dodgers are on an EFF YOU mission and it's working.
Can’t blame the Dodgers for being smart. Management wants to win, and you’re correct that other teams don’t want to spend. Likewise with stars deferring portions of salaries. They all want to win. Who wouldn’t want to play on this team?
the dodgers aren't ruining baseball but they stopped developing their in house farm kids. the 40 man and 26 man rosters are totally full thus pushing out some really good prospects. everybody want to play for the dodgers except maybe their own.
The Dodgers aren't ruining baseball it's the cheap assed owners. Hell any other team could have signed the players they have this off-season. But players chose the Dodgers because they would rather play there than anywhere else.
The small market teams will Always have the short end. They don’t have lucrative tv contracts. They don’t have the population numbers so the playoffs offer the actual equal chance end of the day
Nice try pls get some facts. I’m hear Cubs only offered 3 years. Scott wanted 4. For 1 more year Cubs would have had him. LA grabbed him after Cubs screwed it up. Players pick LA maybe due to better ownership and player development
I wouldn’t worry, they got lucky the Yankees imploded. When the Yankees were trying to buy championships they didn’t win, when they built through their farm system they became a dynasty.
The dodgers got lucky that a team who is notoriously bad at fielding and fundamentals made fielding and fundamental mistakes ? In a series where they were already up 3-1? Cope harder
@@Matthew92971would’ve should’ve could’ve. Still dosent change the fact that they got gentlemen swept after facing AL cupcake teams who wouldn’t even make it past the padres Yankees included
the dodgers tried to build a dynasty through their farm system in 2017 with Bellinger, Joc Pederson, Cory Seager, Kenley Jansen, Andre Ethier, Puig, Verdugo, Stripling, Alex Wood, etc. All they got from the MLB to show for it was nothing by not punishing the Astros. THAT was the Dodgers' year.
How ? They do their homework , owners and management cares , players care , other rich owners and managements should be shamed not working right
I have spent more on a gumball machine than the Rays have spent this off-season.
I think the title is wrong, "The Dodgers are RUNNING Baseball" fixed it.

The Dodgers are building something unique and other teams should be looking at doing the same

HATERS GOTTA HATE!

Cool. We signed so many people I forgot a lot of them. Thanks for the reminder. 😆👍🏼
other team owners are algo billionaires....spend there money too!!!

😂 the Dodgers should stop spending money, sign horrible players and choke in the playoffs. Right? Then baseball will be fine. Right?
mets could’ve done the same as they had the highest cap space
Cap space? There is no cap in baseball

Cubs did offer Scott 4 years but less money, $66M
BS. Try again. You're a big whiner.

Winning the series 4-1 is luck? Abiding by the scouting report is luck?

@DonnyDonowitzzz, don't be a dimwit. The Yankees imploded for one inning, got the lead back and still couldn't hold it. 4-1 isn't luck.
