Wow! One of the best builds! You have a shower, an elevator bed, etc. the van looked small from the outside, and yet you managed to fit all the necessities.
This is the most unique van build I've seen. I get tired of the vans cause they're usually the same but the view in, from the outside in the beginning, kept me around. Glad I stayed!

I don’t know what this guy does for a living but he definitely has a bright future in designing van builds and/or building vans. Most van and suv builds have places to sleep but little place to hang out. This van is fantastic. He even thought how to have an AC unit. I know I had to have a working ac unit when I had my suv. I never dry docked in it. I went to state parks.
Finally someone did the walk through shower! I’ve always thought about how I would lay out my van if I had one, and that is what I always thought about, but not how I would actually shape it. Nice build!
What can I say! Ingenuity, Asthetic design and your eye for color, Forward technology for vans of the future and especially a "home" that is enjoyable to use and the comforts that make life a place to sooth the soul.

This is incredible. The best van conversion I’ve seen. It’s got everything you need and want but still has an airy feel. Quality work and a really nice guy. I’m going to have to take ideas from this fit!
I really like the elegant/luxurious to this.. everything about it .. materials/colors and the lay out, but like to have it like in a stealth box truck with a lyft bed in the back .. so under youhave both sides seating with table middle.
I love the use of black in the van. It makes it look very much like a modern apartment from the city. I love the leaves artwork, too. It really does bring a nice pop of color to the space. Where you put the shower is genius. I think the only thing I don't like is the toilet, but that is just me. I am sure it is fine for someone younger.
Same and along with the van, there is more of a home like feel too. I just didn't care for the location of the toilet. Seem like it should be within or closer to the shower with more privacy like in some other van builds. Overall, nice and professional looking.
I like that when he sits on it, it's normal toilet height from the floor... much easier for this older gal to get up from than the low toilets we usually see in van builds.

It's fun to learn the process of building out the van - with a number of serendipity experiences to build it exactly as Lucas wants. Lots of clever ideas in the van. I love that the garage is more like a closet - it seems easy to sort out what's in there and easily grab it. Love the shower, bed, air conditioning, and more!
Best build seen by far.. for a van with elevator bed. Head to head with murphy bed design. The shower set up is genius and great use of space with the pass thru to the driver seats.
The word I'd use to describe this van is elegant. The design raises it to a whole new level. I can't imagine 7 people though. I like my space. Great job Lucas.
I love the floorplan of this design, especially the pass-through shower. However I think I'd actually go with a more traditional layout such as TTTHEFINEPRINTTT, in that, I need a desk space for gaming, as that's the spot I'm spending most of my time in. If Mercedes, Ford, or Ram could come up with another 36-42" on the length, I'd incorporate this design for that one. Otherwise, I love it! Well done!

I really love this set up the best and I have looked at a lot of videos. His corner shower is a unique efficient use of space and it is just roomy and provides everything you need minus the toilet. We also would want the toilet somewhere other than the shower. His choice of toilet style is one that we would also want. The elevator bed (with the skylight being a must ❤️) is already something I know that I would want. That is just so cool and such an efficient use of space. One day we would love to get on the road living out of our van and traveling the United States . 🤗
Really like the darker wood and lift bed. I don't know why more people don't do that. But trying to figure out if the picture of the van is the same as this one. The back windows are a different shape on the inside.

Personally I love a van with a shower pan in the floor at the entry and just using a shower curtain. Opens up the space of the van significantly. I imagine someone could make a door that would wrap around the floor so one wouldn’t need to hang a shower curtain up each time. Good luck on the new project

Put the toilet in the shower, its private for guests, more hygienic and you can just pull it out when you shower, you could even put it through the sliding door into the drivers cabin .😊😊
You have featured many awesome tiny homes & build outs on this channel. But the one that has always stood out the most with me is the tour Vanessa gave us of her E350 cargo van about 1 month ago. That woman went from homeless to an extremely nice diy build. Very inspirational. I would love to see an update on how she is doing.

I'm always curious when people do van builds without showers and toilets, they don't think those are important? I'm very impressed with the high quality of your craftsmanship. I'm sure you'll hit it out of the park with your first customer build, you did with this one.
Other than the toilet in my opinion the build is genius I seen a really great introduction to a fold away shower but I Love your shower’s look so I would simply just utilize the fold away wall for my toilet while the shower is in use because yeah who wants a wet toilet next to them while they are trying to get clean I’d love to see a full floor plan or sketch of this blueprint to do it for myself in the future
The impressive aspect of this build is roominess. Most van builds end up looking like an airplane galley where you barely can walk around because there are so many things bunched up longitudinally. Great build!
All the way through I kept wondering where the bed was? Did the sofas fold down? And then the bed dropped! Wow. And even a full size shower. Amazing! Also love the art piece - great pop of color in an otherwise neutral space. You should be extremely proud of yourself and your design!!
