Do you girls only small weights ?? I know some women like to only use smaller weights but I feel the bigger the better ! My muscle needs that added weight to grow, since we don’t have a lot of testosterone muscle is harder to put on
Audra Muth ive always heard in vlogs and such over the years that they film the same routine multiple times from different angles and to have multiple takes of scenes in case they mess up, they also take full filming days. They likely use light weights to prevent fatigue. I know katrina talks at times on instagram and other blogs using heavier weights. I think it’s all about personal preference tho.

Love this workout but the cool down is too rushed. 5 sec a stretch is not right!
It says on the calender (26 min) but this is hardly 10 min so should I do this couple of time ?
