Firstly I want to tell u a big thanks. What all stuff can be done on free version? I am just starting out with about 100-500 customer queries per month. I just need a super simple chat bot with faqs. Cant afford that fancy AI stuff yet.
Hi! Thanks for watching! Here is the pricing table where you can see all that comes with the free version. As far as I know, you still have to pay for chat sessions, however you can still use the platform to build your chatbot etc. I hope that helps and thanks again!
On 1:03:08 , even after following all the previous steps, my published bot is not being shown in there to select. Actually, there is no option to select in there! Am I missing something? Any hits?

Again, I recommend reaching out to Freshchat's support team. However, their support is really on top of it and should get back to you very soon.
i have developed the bot and used it on a certain conversation in the chat , it is not showing up on my local setup , am not using wordpress but it shouldn';t matter as the widget is popping up , just that there is no bot actions happening . also how do I close a chat and start a fresh one ? please help
