My son and I decided to do a Dollar Tree first aid kit one time. We just did it for fun. I never thought I would need it until I cut myself bad dressing a deer in the woods. It totally saved me! Money well spent!
Consider ear plugs. Small, crushable, sleeping, loud equipment, shooting, and easily start on fire for fire starting. $1.25/8 of them, I beleive, at Dollar Tree.
Some great bargains here. Remember ! NEVER buy off brand batteries unless they're Alkaline 👍 Never buy black Bic lighters because you can't check the fluid level and they're easy to lose, get white ! Don't buy band aids unless they're fabric, plastic ones never hold on !
Funny thing because I have a fabric band-aid falling off my finger as I type this! Nicked myself with a chisel yesterday hah. I recommend gauze and electrical tape or some sort of medical tape, works best!
My Winn dixie had those first aid kits for 85 cents each, and I bought the shelf out. Jalapeno Velveeta squeeze pouches are my Dollar Tree regular buy. They perk up an MRE.
I bought one of those pouches.. I was tired of getting all my cards and everything in my wallet ruined I bought one of the Pelican wallets, but it was wearing a hole through my pants because it was all metal. It slipped right in the front pouch and I keep my cash in the zipper pocket. I’ve had the pelican wallet 3 year The pouch now for a year it really works out well I also took one of the very small Swiss Army knives so I always have a small blade and scissors.
I use DT for mostly smalls edc/preps. The batteries are always bought bc kids use them more than me. Im my testing they work just as good as name brands. My only concern would be long term storage power output when brought into service.
I use these aaa batteries for my hearing pro, and they last. I change them out about twice a year, and I use my hearing protection 3xs a week with bluetooth for music.
Dollar tree gets items from Family dollar stores and closeout from the distribution warehouses.....They're one time deliveries normally...but 10-15$ online retail item for 1.25$....that's the definition of high value....
I dont like the cheep batteries. I stick with Duracell because they hold their charge a long time and have a great guarantee. There are so many different types of batteries that you need too make a list of what your equipment needs before you go shopping. If you buy super glue make sure that it is medical grade to use on humans.

I bought about 16. Then I walked the store to see what they had. It looked like a good place to get cheap greeting cards. Most of their products seemed over priced though. For example, they had individual bars of Zest soap for $1.25. Target sells 12 packs of Zest soap for about $0.60 a bar. Walmart has individual bars of Zest for $0.97. I only closely inspected a few items, but they were Over priced per unit too. There were a lot of shoppers there. They all came in cars. So they could have easily gone somewhere else. I don’t get it. I wouldn’t buy their regular goods. They are too expensive.
@@jim3922everyone does not have the money to buy large packages. Some things ARE more expensive but for smaller family or single person you can get a large variety of items for lot less cash. Everything is not a deal though.

Seal cuts and punctures in your skin
Slow down zippers and hinges

Don't duracell leak like, alot, i would go with energizer tbh
Ask your doctor for some free samples of advil, aspirin, tylenol, cough and cold tabs, bandaids, alcohol prep pads that we might have for patients.
