I missed this video somehow but just watched it now. That looks like a pretty nice banjo uke. I'm not crazy about the pink finish but I'm sure some folks will love that. I do like the way they even finished the inside of the rim. That's attention to detail right there. I like that arpeggiated jazzy chord thing you did around 8:20.
I wish that you were close enough to No. VA to take instruction from. I want to learn to make cigarbox guitars and Ukes. I’d also like to learn to play them! Thank you for your videos.
Hi Steve. Seems like Aklot and Vangoa are the better choices for a value banjolele. How do you like the arm rest? I find that the ones I tried without one were uncomfortable. The pink finish goes well with your eclectic mix of slide guitars etc adorning your room. 😊
Yes, Aklot and Vangoa are definitely good values! So is Donner! The armrest is definitely better than not having one! I definitely have a mix of interesting instruments! Thanks for watching and commenting!
