if u got chain cc that mean ur too aggresive ,even u can burst can kill everyone but ur still mage u need support or tank open fight or make enemy use cc then u can go wild
Kat actually really good on baiting Ccs. use E to blink on them and W to isntant side step when u blink on them they will use the cc and ur W move speed can make u easily step side their skills

You can bait their cc , use w for escape, then q and go in and then out, they will think you're gonna ult, then ur team should tank their cc

There is another good combo when chasing with teammate: EW temmate insta Q enemy, pick up dagger then E enemy ULT
