Just a thought, torch a hole on 1 of your forks on the bobcat to pivot trailers around easier & saves your truck.
Won't work on loaded trailer unless weight is over axles but that ways you can turn & maneuver way easier + you'd already have the bobcat back there to unload the sawmill.

Rob make the attachment where u can drop the trailer onto the bobcat. Same as dropping the trailer onto the ball hitch. A-lot of shops use them that have trailers being moved daily. Always good to have it in your arsenal.

Would love to hear your thoughts on it now. I am debt free but wanting to buy rental property but don't have the cash to do it without using substantial savings or borrowing. I'm learning a lot from watching your vlogs. Next month I'm going away for the weekend, but I'm pretty much broke, so how did I do it? I paid attention. The big motorcycle event with around 40,000 people through the gate put out on social media that they were looking for crazy 90s motorcycles, and my motorcycle fitted the bill, so despite my wife thinking I was crazy (when I told her) I was unsure if they'd accept my offer to display my bike on their display (the bike was a bit of a mess), and they accepted and now I am working hard to get the bike all polished and clean-up to museum standards. So, what has this got to do with your channel, well, I've been clever with using what assets I have to get a result I wanted, efficiently. For displaying my motorcycle, I get two free passes to the show all weekend and I get to camp at the venue too with some celeb friends, and there is evening band playing rock songs too. In all I have managed to get a weekend break, a free concert, a free bike show with over 900 trade stands, and I get all this for just bringing my motorcycle to an event. I reckon I've saved about £200 at least, just got to pay for my fuel to get there and back, plus food. Showing my bike to over 40,000 visitors has me nervous, but I'm going to do it anyway, and if the miserable sods don't like it, then it won't bother me.
On a separate score, I had a friend in difficulty with mental health issues, he was lonely and miserable, had hints of self-harm but he didn't say so. He works for himself and part of his social media made him feel that being without a family made him weak. I had a good chat with him, and helped him along with seeing that at times going alone was a sign of strength, and that if family were around you and got involved with what you did, they may try to conform to their social ideals and not yours (his), but because it was family that he would feel that their choices were stronger than the stranger advising him. I told him to treat life like a tv channel, if you don't like what you see or hear, then change the channel, or go do something else. Losing perspective with life and what we are doing can really mess up your head unless a good friend can put a hand on your shoulder and give a guiding nudge.
When someone says to me it can't be done, I usually prove them wrong. The Muscle asked me to be part of his program and follow under his guidance, but despite his encouragement I decided to go alone, not because it wasn't a good deal but I had doubts that what can be achieved in the USA is different in the UK with the different laws, and plus if i couldn't achieve, then I couldn't pay the monthly bill for his help.
What I do is I build live steam locomotives in miniature, using my hands and analogue tools to make what I need from sheet or bar stock metals, from my own drawings too. I started to do that 11 years ago, when I was still recovering from a bad car accident where I received over 30 breaks in 22 bones, skull and spine the only parts to not be injured. I had to learn to walk without crutches 50 yards to the workshop to do some work or I sat indoors and learnt CAD design. There was no payout from the accident, it was deemed an act of god, so I started my small company with no capital and I do the best I can with the materials around me and I'm nearly finished with a batch of 6 railway locomotives and that will give me cash to buy some better tools and pay some bills. People said I couldn't do what I am doing now after all I've been through and the injuries too, but i got to make a living and keep the wife comfortable, so we both learn from your videos, but we can't afford much stuff and we do the best with what we have, but we ask for no charity. We'll get there, and we'll be happy. I believe one day that I'll be making my own motorcycle from scratch (already designing it) and make a fortune from having the right tools to make parts for vintage motorcycles using the old methods and materials. I could have stuck with building the steam locomotives, but that has a narrow audience, motorcycles however....!!
