To anyone wondering how exactly the oil caught fire at 13:51, since its very common for people to make such mistakes. "If you get paint in your eyes, you may experience a burning or stinging sensation. Regrettably, depending on the chemical and the severity of your burn, irritants may lead to temporary or even permanent blindness" and they were laughing at her...
@EAKAGEORGEFLOYD Not with chemicals in the eyes. No joke there for any reason. Or would you mind explaining to this superbore what is so funny about a young girl being in danger of loosing sight on that eye? Because I'm so boring that I'm feeling concern and not seeing any fun in that. I've tried acid in them, but was genuinely lucky to be close to a hospital, so I was in treatment within minutes (they litterally dropped anything to start treating me as soon as I stumpled in an yelled acid in the eyes). Even the other injured people waiting stepped back to give me room to go and I didn't need to see their faces clearly to see the horror in them. A young girl that seemed as if she had burned her arm rather badly jumped up and started guiding me towards the entrance to the treatment area though she must have been in a horrible agony. So just what is so hilarious in this girl getting chemicals in her eye?
Subconsciously i think his brain knew the guy may not hear him very well so yelling "Fire" more would be more likely to get the message across in the heat of the moment. And because "fire" is close enough to "car", if "car" was extended to 2 syllables. Anyway, hope you like over analyzing things as much as i do. lol
Amazingly they censored and pixelled the image...as if it is something bad to see, or not for kids. What a stupid criteria ! And it happened in other clips as well.
That’s scary at 4:08 how the guy slips out of his seat like that. Can you imagine being crushed to death or suffocating to death in that position if you were in an accident?
She is some seriously awesome lady. That's for sure. I almost fell in love with her with that sheepish grin of hers. Her husband have got to have had a good and funny life with her, even through the normal little rows and arguments, while he was still here (if I read it correctly that she is now alone).
11:30 Friendly tip to anyone who finds themself in the same situation: Do NOT add any amount of water to your burning pan, in most cases it wont end with a small flame like in the video. Always keep a lid on hand or some other non-flammable object that can completely cover the pan.
There was a lid on the right side and then instead of putting it on the pan she putted water on it. I was screaming on the side 😅Happy it didnt went wrong 😮
Yeah. One morning I was cooking breakfast. I thought I turned off the stove and turned my back on an empty pan. When I turned back around there was a fire. The first thing I did was grab a lid and cover it. Then I realized I hadn't quite turned the knob all the way, so instead of OFF, it was on HI. Not good when you have grease in the pan. But it wasn't a big deal because I knew exactly what to do.
Only aplies when a liquid is burning that is lighter than water... In her case it wasn't a liquid and the water extinguished it. So I don't see the problem.
One of them had the lid next to the pot. Just put on the lid and smother the fire. The second , a wet dish towel like a lid to smother the flames or throw / pour a bag of flour on it. Last thing you want on a grease fire is water.
@@odd_shoes - ALWAYS supervise ANY stovetop cooking, but ESPECIALLY that involving shallow or deep frying using grease/oil. NEVER use water. It instantly superheats, mixes with the grease/oil and then spatters everywhere, potentially spreading the fire further with flaming drops of grease shooting in all directions and also burning the person nearby. NEVER move the pan, not even moving it off the heat source because that can spread the fire too and once a grease fire has started, moving it off the heat source is less important than stopping it spreading and fighting the fire in place. Turn off the stove if it is safe to reach it by hand. Ideally, smother the fire using a saucepan lid, or a fire blanket if you have one available (and you should ALWAYS have a fire blanket wall-mounted in your kitchen ready to use in such a situation. However, do not have it mounted on a wall behind or too near to the stove, or you may be unable to safely reach it during a grease fire. Instead, have it mounted somewhere else in the kitchen. Don't keep it in a cupboard or drawer or anywhere else where you cannot reach it instantly, or a visitor would not know where to find it. If that does not work, or it is not safe enough to get close to do it, then use a fire extinguisher. However, ONLY user a wet chemical (Class K in the USA) or a dry chemical (Class B in the USA) extinguisher. These are the only types that are safe to use on grease fires. Or a combination fire extinguisher that features a B in the Class name (i.e. Class ABC in the USA). Other types have the same negative as described above for using water and must NOT be used. It is also very important to have a fire extinguisher of the relevant type wall-mounted in your kitchen for these kinds of fires. However, do not have it mounted on a wall behind or too near to the stove, or you may be unable to safely reach it during a grease fire. Instead, have it mounted somewhere highly visible and accessible elsewhere in the kitchen. Don't keep it in a cupboard or drawer or anywhere else where you cannot reach it instantly, or a visitor would not know where to find it. If you have other types of fire extinguishers in your home (which is always a good idea), make sure these are unlikely to be picked up and used by mistake on a grease fire.
Starting at 13:57, the girl's comment is "I'm OK." Like the audience's only valid concern should be whether or not she got a little burn while she's working on burning the house down.
It’s not funny, that guy had a terrible day trying to get chocolates and flowers to somebody he loves, that poor guy. I’ve seen the video with sound and it was him saying “NOOO!! NOO!!”. He was so upset
I am actually extremely impressed with the calm reactions of the majority of these poor helpless blokes hahaha! I would be so damn pissed if these things happened to me and they brush it off or laugh! Very chill temperments :)
The thing that still drives me insane about these things is that people still to this day have no idea what not to do during a grease fire. Quit using WATER!!! Baking soda, extinguisher, or put a cover on the pot with a lid. This is basic kitchen safety 101.
4:14 her totally unfazed expression, the way she just casually slid down the stairs on her ass, her wig flying off, and then her just casually picking up her phone... I AM ABSOLUTELY DECEASED
Most sites now have AUP/TOS against videos with injury or death even if it is not graphic. So they have to state no one was injured or the video could be pulled.
THANK YOU FOR DOING THESE VIDS !!! One word of knowledge...Any time you're cooking something that MIGHT catch fire, always keep a lid to the pan out and ready for use! YOU SHOULD NEVER put water on a grease fire. The grease floats on the water, so your fire will get away from you. Most kitchen sinks have a window and curtains. The first thing that catches are those curtains. If your pan catches on fire, turn off the burner and immediately put the lid on the pan. This will snuff out the flames by depriving the fire of oxygen! Never grab the pan that's on fire and try moving it! It has a tendency to slosh out spreading fire everywhere the grease goes! Also, it is smart to have a re-fillable ABC fire extinguisher hanging on its mount, in plain view, in your kitchen. Its very smart. They have to be re-certified after 5 years, I think. If you use one, it must be serviced and refilled, even if you just use a little blast! You want to use the lid to put the pan fire out. You want to use the fire extinguisher, to put out flames anywhere else. The best fire extinguisher for home use is the "ABC". A-Trash, Wood, & Paper B-Flammable Liquids C-Electrical Badger makes a really good one. It's smart to have one or two at opposite ends of your house or apartment, and one close to your bed, especially if you or your mate is bad to smoke in bed. An ABC can put a bed out before it burns everything down.!!! Thanks again for these videos.
Another good thing to know is that baking soda will put out small kitchen fires. I put out a grease fire with baking soda once when my extinguisher failed (because I let it sit too long). The ones in the video would have done well to use your lid method, though.

11:30 Friendly tip to anyone who finds themself in the same situation: Do NOT add any amount of water to your burning pan, in most cases it wont end with a small flame like in the video. Always keep a lid on hand or some other non-flammable object that can completely cover the pan.
a lid, another pan, even a wet towel is fine. But adding water is the first thing you learn not to do with kitchen fires
There was a lid on the right side and then instead of putting it on the pan she putted water on it. I was screaming on the side 😅Happy it didnt went wrong 😮
It’s more hilarious when people add water to a grease fire because they get more SCARED and sometimes if we’re lucky the outcome is even worse 😂😂😂
There is a complete lack of knowledge out there concerning grease fires and how to deal with them. Mind blowing!
One of them had the lid next to the pot. Just put on the lid and smother the fire. The second , a wet dish towel like a lid to smother the flames or throw / pour a bag of flour on it.
Last thing you want on a grease fire is water.
As a grease fire virgin, can you tell me what I should do if I came across one? Definitely no water?
@@odd_shoes -
ALWAYS supervise ANY stovetop cooking, but ESPECIALLY that involving shallow or deep frying using grease/oil.
Not as complete as the lack of knowledge regarding wet, Icey, or otherwise visibly slick steps, apparently.
Starting at 13:57, the girl's comment is "I'm OK." Like the audience's only valid concern should be whether or not she got a little burn while she's working on burning the house down.

It's a new youtube policy
5:20 "You have reached your destination"
A-Trash, Wood, & Paper
B-Flammable Liquids
C-Electrical
Badger makes a really good one.
