The cgi here is much richer, has more depth and crisp details than the current animation. Maybe because producing it to this level of quality is much more expensive.

Start of immortal arc can be confusing, SPOILER: Record of a mortals journey to immortality ended with him ascending but if you start reading the first chapter of immortal world arc it talks about a fox girl encountering han li who she refers to as "stone brother". Really confusing.

Record of a mortals journey to immortality ended with him ascending but if you start reading the first chapter of immortal world arc it talks about a fox girl encountering han li who she refers to as "stone brother". Really confusing.

i don't know how popular this series is in china right now,but this series doesn't get enough love outside of china,like those donghuas made by Rong Hong Culture studio are more popular than this,martial master n supreme god emperor that have lower CG quality are way more popular,sad.
