I make a similar one without bulgar and with fresh tomatoes instead of paste. You can add a potato for a creamier texture or some red pepper for extra flavour. My favourite soup ever! Garnish with fresh parsley

Hi I have a problem, when I make the soup it's no problem but after keeping it in the fridge, everything becomes solid like soft bricks, i have to put some water in to make it wet like soup, is that normal? It's still veeeeery good, helps me very much during oruç
