Why not design something so the seizure victim can somehow know to lay down and prepare, that would be the most useful sensor ever made. Perhaps monitor heart and brain rhythms?

Similar to the devices that detect glucose levels in diabetes. Save loads of lives.

    Impressive talk.
The best way to intervene is actually to have observant humans around you.
Dogs can correctly predict and act on seizures, so can humans.

One thing that's triggering seizures for some people is cell phones, the frequency for cell phones can cause some people to have a seizure if you are sensitive to that frequency and many people are using their phones at the same time. I found this out after working in a school with over 500 people and many people using their phones at the same time. I then had a e.e.g. done and I didn't know it but Drs. purposely started using their cell phones and each time they did the seizures started.

These cause/triggers the seizures greatly...at least fever seizures:
Video games and other forms of technology that involves using a screen.
    Inadequate sleep
Anxiety, Anger, nervousness, and the like.
Not dressing warm in cold/cool temperature and getting cold consequently.

It seems that several research teams are separately working on this project. I contacted a research team leader working on a wearable device named Epiness which is designed to predict seizure in people with epilepsy. At the present, the device is in the clinical phases. According to the plan, the device will enter the market by 2024.
