Band of Brothers: A re-visit to Brecourt Manor, May 2014.

I had the pleasure a few years ago of walking the field where the famous Easy Company (and others) assault on the previously unknown artillery gun position at Brecourt Manor took place.
I re-visited the site with my HD camera to see it again although this time I did not enter the field (it seems a travel company has sole permission to enter and I was there late on a Saturday and decided not to irritate the land owners but hunting them down to ask permission to go in. I did notice that there is a great deal of electric fencing there now.
