What is that saddle bag guard you have with the urethane ends???

I have Legends Air so I can have my suspension full height for hard riding & drop it down to be a low rider. I would like to have full damping control but ya can't have everything...

setting sag without saddlebags...how do you compensate when putting the saddlebags back on...and include stuff in the saddlebags

It's negligible. Not enough to make a noticeable difference. Get it as close as you can and ride.

Hi Ryan I have air shocks on my street glide so what do I do for that

Same exact thing. Put air in/out and test sag.

Don't understand why you need to convert to mm. If you have 3 inches of travel and divide by 3 you need 1 inch of sag. I just made my own jig like that stick you showed and set the bike to a 1 inch sag.

Because mm is much more precise and accurate/finer. Yes, Harley is easy with 1" being 1/3 rd of the travel. When you get into adventure and dirt there's much more suspension travel and different measurements/numbers. I definitely did it with inches and old tape measure back in the day until I started being more precise and realizing the difference it makes in the geometry of the bike. Ride safe.

@@RyanUrlacher How is metric more precise? I have machinist rules broken down to 1/64" (.0156") and you can get to ~1/128" (.0078") with them. Also have dial indicators that go down to 1/2 of 1/1000 (.0005"). I was figuring you did metric because that digital sag meter only did metric.

@@dieselsoggydog6299 Sorry, splitting hairs now. The video wasn't meant for that purpose. I'm just trying to help bikers going on 14 years now. We're just giving biker help, ideas and assistance. Do it however you feel most comfortable 👍. Yes, most all sag scales and tools measure sag in mm. Thanks for watching and ride safe.
