Just ask the questions and let them answer and say what they have to say without cutting them off. Other than that you are killing it bro. Just some constructive criticism bro no hard feelings.

I stumbled across this channel tonight and had know no idea of guest or host, also I’m from the Midwest. I really appreciate this man’s story, life is exactly what we make it. I have tripped myself over my 64 years. It’s been rough but know regrets. Rick is definitely a good bad guy, just as others too. I appreciate that you too would share knowledge to so many in need. As we’ve come through the years the drugs, crimes and corruption have become much worse. The corruption divides us , the drugs now days kill us as do the crimes that drive them.
I do my best at encouraging and helping all people I can. I have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Drugs have torn my family as the two youngest struggle and two doing great, but as a family I want it all back. With Gods guide we will shine with love and smiles, I trust and love.
As far as the host interview, I feel he’d think of something while Rick’s talking and questions come to mind I felt it was ok. Because we as listeners also had more understanding. My opinion overall I enjoyed all of it.
Thank you to both men, Wow what a story and I’m sure there’s so much more.👏👏😎❤🇺🇸

Rick reminds me of my dad so much. They think the same way. I grew up playing tennis from the age of 7 and eventually got a full athletic scholarship to a PAC-10 ,back in the mid nineties, school for tennis. I recommend Ricks book. It’s really good. Also “Dark Alliance” by Gary Webb is amazing if you want to know more about the 80’s crack era and the CIA’s involvement

Rick Ross was not the king of Crack. The king of crack is a man by the name of Yayo a Dominican man who’s older now maybe in his mid 70’s. He invented crack and he made an empire selling it in the 80’s in NYC and teaching the king pins of that time how to cook it and distribute it. Rick Ross pushed a lot of crack but he’s in no way the king of crack.

Why do you think it's deceptively intelligence? Personally I respect that he's basically self taught and furthermore he took on the principle of learning from others or his peers at the time and successfully enumerated that into his own modus operandi.
I don't really judge where or how a person comes up as long as they have the drive and initiative for self improvement and development, the hardest thing to do in this world is source and build a team of people with this mindset.

Just a small request when you invite somebody on your show let them tell their story let them answer the questions. I appreciate all your hard work and research that you put in for the interview but let the story breathe and let them have a moment to get the words out and you just guide the conversation not take over the conversation💯💯💯

WTH. What a big disconnect. Just because people lived in a city or a large "urban" area doesn't mean they live in the hood or ghetto. People have watched toooo many movies. Freeway Ricks experience is HIS experience and he doesn't speak for the majority of black people. When he says WE, he's speaking for himself and the people around HIM. All black people weren't drug dealers and/or users, killers, criminals, drop outs, thieves or on welfare. Most black people have never been to jail, do not commit crimes or been on welfare. Numbers are inflated in our communities due to the large influx of immigrants from the Continent and the Carribean especially in the 70s thru the 90s due to recidivism.

Incredible interview, absolutely stunning revelations. I happened to live in Costa Rica during the early 1980’s. In particular a spot named Pavones where a guy named Danny Fowlie, bought 10 miles of coastline which included a World Class surfing destination, but it turned out he was dealing with Rafael Caro Quintero at the time. Also, that’s where I ran into the Hawaiian’s like Fast Eddie Rothman, members of the Contra leadership being paid by the CIA in San Jose, Costa Rica etc.
