I'll never forget the day I came home to find 2 FBI agents, 2 treasury agents, 1 DEA agent & the fucking actual sheriff sitting with my parents on kitchen, my mothers face sunken into her hands sobbing, my dad with a look like he was gonna kill me right there because of shame I had just brought upon him & he was a cop. Those agents showing my parents videos of me in 6 states *Allegedly* committing crimes, my parents telling me to tell them what they wanted to know but I was more afraid of the people I worked for than the government, government has rules my *"Employer"* didn't. So I spoke, "am I under arrest? If yes than cuff me, charge me & get my attorney, if not then please let my folks be" I fucking lucked out that the Asst US Attorney dropped all charges because someone else had ratted him out & they wanted ol boy not me. 18 years old & looking at 215 years in the clink. They wanted to scare me & they did but I kept my mouth shut.

Wow. I am 42 and I would have snitched immediately out of fear of going to prison for a long time. At 18, I would have been even more scared.
I admire people who look fear in the eyes and say, let's go! I am Indian so I was not built like that.
To clarify, I never hurt anyone or did anything that could potentially hurt anyone. These were truly victimless crimes or if there was a victim it was a billion dollar credit card company who did far worse than me. These were financial crimes & I've never broken the law since. That scared me worse than anything could of.
