Attention everyone! This is to anyone and everyone who wants to learn how to do the backwards jump tech. What I do is I press the left and down D pad directions at the same time as pressing jump. (If you jump backwards facing the right direction like presented here - 6:16) (Same thing if you're facing the left direction like demonstrated here - 6:37) You can press left (or right) and jump at the same time too, but I noticed that it was more inconsistent when I did. Just practice pressing the direction you wanna jump while pressing down and pressing jump all at the same time and you should start to get it the more you do it. You'll understand once you practice it what I mean

Okay, so for anyone who's new or not yet advanced with SoR: Axel strat for mini bosses: If you time it right, you can essentially get them into an infinite jab loop (basically hit attack every 0.5sih seconds), and then once you have them at about a third of their health (assuming full bar) you can finish them with 2 quick jabs followed by a ground upper (forward, forward, attack). For Barbaron/Wayne/Vulture: Spam tf out of ground upper, because if you can get him in a block loop you'll take him out quick. While it's not easy to do, you can get him into a jab loop and then follow up with a ground upper for big damage. If he throws you, you can nullify any damage by pressing up + Jump (this is also all about timing). For Jet/Mach/Stealth/Green one on Elevator: if you can get them to fly at you horizontally, then just ground upper them as that will do the most damage as opposed to jump-kicking them (Axel has the weakest jump-kick out of all the characters). If you're able to get this boss to dive kick and you can dodge it, then you can get them into an infinite jab loop and finish with the 2 jabs + ground upper like you would a mini-boss. For Zamza/Souther/Nail: Pretty much the same strat as Barbaron. Ground upper is your best friend to counter most of this boss' attacks. Careful of his throw as you cannot dodge it. For Abadede/Z. Kusano: Ground upper is definitely going to be the main strat...if you do land a punch on him immediately follow with a ground upper because if you try punching 2 or more times he'll use a special move that'll break whatever attack loop you have him in. For R. Bear/R. Bear Jr: combinations of Jump-Kicks, punches with Ground upper, and if you can get him to grab you and headbutt you, you can break out of it using your forward + special move (not the Yellow flame punch, but the multi-uppercut special)...it'll only take about 3 or 4 of those to beat him. For Shiva: Ground Upper and standard Special will get you through that fight. EDIT: That punch loop performed on Abadede was absolutely masterful! I have yet to have been able to get him stuck in that. My mind was blown by that, genuinely blown.
Yeah I have no idea how to get abadede stuck in a loop like that. Currently playing streets of rage remake, and it seems like grand upper has basically no invincibility on it and I'm getting destroyed by him
We used to call that axel move "slow punching" so whoever was axel they were in charge of slow punching the bosses that it worked on and then whoever wasn't playin axel had to go grab more snacks from the kitchen during the slow punchin. Best couch co op game ever!
Thanks SO much for this, just bought a games console and started playing this again after about 20 years and I'm struggling, yet I used to be so good at it. I'm losing a life on Soother, and Abadede, but after watching this, I reckon I know how to handle them now. Thanks again.
If you are using Max you can use his rolling tackle to" stun lock" any enemies that can block your attacks, even bosses. They take chip damage over and over and they take massive damage.
This is why i made a game genie code to be super faster then the enemies and bosses dodging there attacks when there's a group of them can be very annoying so going super fast makes it so much better and fun to play
Hi ! I have your new ! Channel I like this 🎮 I will put this in my Library so Keep the 🎮 I will put this in my library so Keep the 🎮 's coming your new ! No.1 fan !
@DanProGaming how were you able to only spawn Jet? I've tried to be very meticulous and careful about taking only very small steps forward but the game spawns everyone every time...is the timing really tricky?
It takes practice and the steps have to be very short of course. When I was doing this recording I over stepped a bunch, so I had to create a save state. The more you do it the more you get used to it.
How many times you recon you’ve payed this game to get to this skill level ? I’ve played around 20 Games so far just managed to get to final Boss but lost lol

@@Zerlot Oh I see! For the best chance at not taking damage this glitch is best. I think you can group them up off screen and spam your blitz. But it can be more difficult to do for sure. Thanks for clarifying.

@danprogaming9424 thanks brother, I'm not quite at that level yet. The uppercut forward forward B move has allowed me to open up a can of whoopass on zamza though😎
