Wondering : nowhere, except one interview from Caracas , mentionned they had a cyber attack in the previous night, which they repair but the flow was very slow, hence queuing, but slow too to move to the Electoral institution, which explained why they were late with the results. As happened before, complaining with some areas taking days, it has well to do with geography and infrastructure, every time.
The machines don't even operate with Internet, transmision of data is done via phone line 😂 nothing explains not publishing the results location by location after A MONTH, something every single election they do in less than a week.
Why do you think they have not shown the polling acts or proof of the voting results? And why have they declared Maduro as a winner if there was a ciber attack. Maduro didn’t win the election and the proof ( the voting tallies)every polling center witness is given to at the end of election day is available and for the world to see online. It has been proven too that there was not hacking or ciber attack. The system Venezuela uses is a very reliable (with codes) system and shows everything that happened the elections day ( votes and statistics of each polling station) Maduro lost 3 to 7 against the opposition. Venezuela wants a change and will have it.
@2:00 no, oil is not necessary state income. If the capacity and need exists then all your energy can be used domestically. You pay the workers, they drill for the oil. The spending is first. Then you sell only the surplus oil, why? A currency issuing government does not need any income beyond existing tax receipts, since it creates the currency first. The reason to sell oil would be to offset the inflation risk of imports. Why though? Why is there inflation risk? There is no no inflation risk from paying workers. They work, they produce real output, that's the "pay for". What sales of oil allow is increased state spending on social services without a tax offset, like free healthcare. However, free healthcare lowers costs to firms, is not inflationary. Where then is the inflation risk? Well, the state can spend a whole lot more on free education and public transport and public housing, with *_high quality resources_* from imports. There is the inflation risk, a pass through. But this is really just a currency regauge, it is not economically damaging if the price adjustment is due to paying lower income workers more. The _real wage_ rises, which is *_real deflation._* What you can purchase with _all your income_ goes up. It does not matter a damn what you can purchase with $1. Plus more social sector workers bids up wages by competing for workers with the private sector. So you want more importing so your domestic workers are available to the private sector without bidding up wages, after the state has hired all the public sector workers It needs. The oil exports then are the price you pay *_in real terms_* to get high quality imports. It's not the revenue a government seeks when they are the source of the currency (aka. tax credits). What you seek are superior imports to raise your standard of living. Everything you can import is a real good your workers did not have to slave over to produce.
Remember - class struggle is not a morality play - a struggle between ‘bad guys’ vs ‘good guys’ - people on either side can be bad or good but that is morality NOT political economy. As in Venezuela imperialism is greatly upset over the outcome of the recent elections in Mexico. Imperialism’s concerns did not begin recently but can be traced back as far as 6 years ago when AMLO first took office. They, in concert with Mexico’s right wing media outlets, manufactured page after page of ‘bad press - AMLO the dictator - AMLO the narco President, etc. no doubt trying to set up one of their ‘judicial’ coups. AMLO always managed to outsmart them though. Imperialism was hoping for AMLO’s and MORENA’s defeat in the midterms 3 years ago but imperialist propaganda to the contrary - this did not happen and AMLO remained - and still is the most popular national leader in the world, with a 70% plus approval rating after 6 years - having raised the minimum wage some 80% over that time and having lifted millions out of extreme poverty. In the recent election to try to stop MORENA’s momentum, an unholy grand coalition was organized between PRI, PAN and the remnants of PRD to run one candidate - a candidate from PAN - against Sheinbaum. Then, worried by the polls which showed Sheinbaum far ahead they did what they could to try to somehow disrupt the election, pumping out more ‘bad press, and ordering that outrage in Ecuador to destabilize things just before the election but the base was not fooled and AMLO was too smart to get sucked into their trap and the election resulted in smashing, across the board MORENA victories - not just Sheinbaum but in the Senate, the Chamber of Deputies and the state governorships. In any event and in general, unlike in Venezuela, imperialism is greatly constrained in what it can do in Mexico. I believe that there are several reasons for this. First is the huge popularity of AMLO and MORENA and the enormity of the recent landslide victory 65 / 35 or better, not 51 / 49. Another is that deep and broad trade relations exist between the US and Mexico so any sanctions, though they would hurt Mexico greatly, would also have a very devastating effect on the US. Thus, it would be difficult to implement this tactic which has served imperialism well in other places. These things also constrain them from working with disloyal elements in the military. In short although the failed coup allowed disloyal elements in the military to be cleaned out in Venezuela imperialism was still able to implement sanctions to pump out ‘bad press’ and to get its vassals and neo colonies to go along with them. Even though Mexico was not similarly able to purge its military of disloyal elements imperialism still might be somewhat constrained by the other factors. Failing its usual regime change tactics imperialism could opt for direct intervention and although there would be enormous popular resistance, I don’t think that this would be consequential in the case of an imperialist intervention, and it would be quickly brushed aside. However, an occupation of Mexico would be a different story and would likely tie down millions of troops for some time.

Fortunately there is hard evidence that MADURO's attemp to materialize the fraud will not suceed in the near future because MARIA CORINA MACHADO had previously organized a small army (she called them "comanditos") of over 900.000 wittnesses in the actual voting centers that received and fotographed the original sealed, signed and certified voting tallies of each voting booth after the voting centers closed..The opposition managed to collect over 86% of the total certificates ..In other words, at this moment the opposition has these original certificates and also has the fotographs which were published on a web sight that any person can check on and see exactly how many votes were cast for evey candidate in every booth of the entire country. There is absolute evidence that EDMUNDO GONZALEZ beat MADURO with more than 4.000.000 votes.. This was not admitted by MADURO's Electiral Councel and only proclaimed MADURO as president before having counted 40% of the votes.. Till today they haven't published the real results because they lost by a los. It is also importan to remind the audience that the defeated president MADURO and most of his sraff are being investigated by the International Criminal Court for over 3000 crimes comitted against Venezuelan citizens, including torture and homicides of innocent protesters, active military staff members and teenagers..Besides these ICC criminal investigaciones, there are $15 and $10 million rewards offered by DEA for the capture of MADURO and most of his government staff, acused by one court in New Yotk and another one in Florida, for DRUG DRAFFIC and MONEY LAUNDERING..
