Ive been waiting for bannerlord since around 7th grade... im a freshman in college now. Is it really possible for taleworlds to tell us that "the game is coming sooner than we think" when weve been waiting for so long? Lol
2020 isn't unrealistic, though it could be quite a lot sooner going by the gameplay videos, which are as Ironhawk say over a year old at this point. that pretty much leaves overmap features which of course is a long job. Tough to know but i'd like to think summer 2019 wouldn't be a bad guess

The way they hyped it up at E3 a few years ago let's me know that they more than likely delayed the game without making a public statement. Usually games go hard advertising a game at E3 with hands on gameplay when it is due to release at least the following year. I think that Taleworlds was going to do that but then had second......Third......and forth thoughts on releasing it through the years since. TBH, I don't think Taleworld will be releasing a game after WB nor do I look forward to them making another. This wait has been such a pain that I don't look forward on another wait like this ever again.
I think they should add that factions can be redomly made like bandits siege a castle they make a kingdom or they recruit all the bandits to one huge barbarian kingdom

Realism, modding, immersion, and so on. definitely not because it is bug free. They do not have that reputation from any of their finished products.

M&B 2 Bannerlord is like when you are constipated, sitting on the toilet. When you are getting that facesweat, wondering if it ever will come out.
What are they still working on? The game looks very playable.
Overmap isn't finished last time i checked, most likely things like roaming parites and systems in towns like crime aren't done either, combat seems fine though.

Why people still so excited and waiting for this game? I mean seriously when they say this game is going to release, I was a high school student. However now I almost graduating from college, they still doing some stupid development blog.

I mean probably. The game has been developed for so long that as long as you have something this century it'll run like a dream.
I was hoping we'd at least see a beta this year but I don't know... that's looking iffy. Not even sure if they are going to still have a beta and just go straight to release? At one time they talked about having a beta so have to wait and see.

They could ve released closed alpha for multiplayer so that we can test combat while they work on the rest of the game. Chances are combat is going to be very bad if it isnt tested properly.
Yep a skirmish demo without the overmap features would be a nice way to keep players invloved, even if it wasn't multiplayer.
