If it was a beater, there are videos on how to pop that back out using hot water and or a hair dryer. Soften the plastic then push it out from the inside. You do end up with some white stress marks though (hence why it works good for low budget jeeps).
You should put this video on Amazon as a review. I have done that before. People might be finding your channel easier than and you already got the video made up anyways, right?
I had a dent about that bad on my car. I just took a heat gun, heated the plastic, and pushed it back into shape from the back side. Took maybe 15 min......
Wow $12,500 for a ten year old Jeep with 140,000 high miles, that's pricey. Considering your probably paid 3,500 to 5,000 for it at auction. One heck of a profit margin.
even IF he did get it that cheap there's nothing wrong with a business making a profit. Remember: he also only makes $1000 on a vehicle and he also buys vehicles where they end up with hidden issues and he loses his shirt. Now he said he fixed it up. Probably cost him $1000 in materials and labour. Now he's got rent, insurance, taxes, wages, utilities, plus his time to go to the auction, buy the vehicle, transport it home, pay someone to wash and detail it. Then there are dozens of times he goes to auction and doesn't get anything which makes that trip 100% loss. Funny, I bet you have NO problem stopping at a gas station and picking up a bottle of water for $1.50 where it only costs them 3 cents to produce.
That’s actually pretty awesome. I’ve never seen that before. I just got a million new ideas! Thanks

@carfaxts daily not really, just the water bottle comparison is that people have NO problem paying someone else 3300% markup.
That’s a cheesy ass fix !! 🤷♂️
