But that lack of delay and of "fake" hits it looks like when I'm playing with less than 80ms. It must be some kind of bug with his provider or smth, that can't be his real ping.

All you have to do is 4-stack and sacrifice your team. With the best load out in the game and nades. Shooting 200k in ammo per round.
