1. Catch and Jab 2. Parry n' Cross 3. Slip (Outside) Cross 4. Anticipation counter - Overhand right (head off center line like a slip) 5. Slip n' Screw
quality content! Props also for making it pleasant to sit and hear all the way through your videos, talking clearly and concisely, with proper mic setup and voice production
The second I do a lot, especially being on the taller side so greater reach. Also what many fighters don't practice enough is stepping back after stepping in to throw a jab so when you parry with your leading hand and follow through with a jab it lands effectively and efficiently. Good content!
Excellent details and always love the screw shot at #5. Reminds me of the old school uppercut in the late 1800's Victorian times, yet still useful even for today's standards.
if your rythm is like lets say it as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 (time lets say 4 sec) . break it....... 1 - 2 - 3 - 3.5 - 4 (same time as before 4 sec, but 1 more punch. Or instead of 1 more punch, 1 FEINT and 4 (punch). Mix it some less some more)
Something i noticed Conor McGregor would do is catching the opponent's lead hand or blocking its path to leave only one option for the opponent to strike (the cross). He slips it and counter strikes.

the second one is my automatic response to the jab, 5th one is tricky and most effective imo
Motorskills are the only counters that work!
Searched the hole day for a video on how to counter the Jab, now you just dropt one. This is GREAT!
Very nice stuff
Stellar job big man, you are outdoing yourself lesson after lesson. Keep that shit up!

Can you make a video on changing rhythms? I noticed my bouncing and punch rythem was too predictable, like a song.

The block is also called Parry. But could stuff 💪
Another good counter would be to throw the jab to the body or an up-jab while slipping the opponents jab to the right.
please man make a video about cross arm guard
Can you make a full body workout for be a fighter

"Remove the to slow jab"
What about splitting the jab? The bonus you just showed but with a jab.
Love your channel, It would be cool to do a collaboration video with you.

Длинный отбив, он покажет прямой а ударит боковой
The second one is wrong look at the Perry how far his hand is from his face😂 never block that far from your face.!!
That's because his partner was throwing the jab to his chest 😂
