Ok I know im talking to a bunch of old comments but here goes ......you guys are dumb these are breeding pens if you have done your research they stay in there for like a day or two maybe 4 but that's it then once they are pregnant with their babies they get put back in their for the babies safety because of predators and the fact a LOT of pig mothers not intending on it but will a lot of times step on the babies but once the babies get to the age of running they will be put in a bigger cage to run around with their mom because the possibility of her stepping on them has dramatically decreased AND most of these little guys get sold for breeders and or shows then taken to be breeders and usually they get butchered after they have lived a good longer life than what you think they do so to anyone who says that is abuse it's better than your guys favorite "animal rights company" peta they kill any animal they can't take care of and if anyone wants to know how I know all this im a farmer myself not as big of a production as these guys got here but big enough to know that there is no abuse going on here and anybody can hate me for saying this but whatever
I won't allow some uneducated people blame the guy in the video for something he ain't doing and trust me I know there are bad apple's who treat these animals horrible but you have to do your research or your going to make yourselfs look goofy so have a nice day hope you all don't hate me for saying the truth but it needed to be spoken so sorry? All they are to some people is just a money $$ making machines. They don't care about them one bit. Maybe they should put their behind in a crate to see how they would like it. Thats the only way they will know the truth. Keep eating it and it will eventually clog your arteries. So be it.....

Interesting, maybe he was a little nervous. Without the income of meat no one will raise animals in a high enough quantity to get enough waste to fertilize with, as there isn't enough money to keep going on just poop sales. So unfortunately meat depends on vegetables and vegetables depend on meat. You can't have one without the other.

Some farmers after pigs give birth, she will be placed in a gestation crate SO SMALL that she could not even turn around. But that's okay to you.. Then she gets artificially inseminated for her next litter. Trapped in a cycle of repeated births and heartbreaking separation from her babies. We're you ever confined to an area where you couldn't turn around? I guess not. Try it and see how frustrated you will be. Did you EVER hear a pig scream before and during slaughter.?? I understand it's all in your upbringing and that's your lifestyle breeding, breeding and bringing them to be slaughtered. All I know is All farm animals are very loving, friendly and want to live a happy life too. Oh! by the way, it has nothing to do with any author. It's about animal rights.
