You & my gut were right! I decided to buy a 1Br condo in Ocean Park (1 min to beach & work) over 3Br 2bth in Jefferson Park (55+ min drive). Thank you for your in-depth validation!
Great video. It comes to lifestyle. Me personally, I would never, and will never, do my own house maintenance. Hell, I won't even clean my place, I even hire that out. Iny my life, I just have better things to do than those types of tasks. My life is outside my house trying to live a fulfilling life or advance my careers and value, not working on my deck or washing floors. The condo that is closest to a nice hotel in a nice neighborhood is what fits that lifestyle to me.
