Eddie and Venom are back for one last ride
Mordo forgot about his DS1 setup so hard, he became a general and switched from "too many sorcerers" to "too many symbiotes"
I just found out that Wanda killed him in a deleted scene from Multiverse Of Madness when he tried to kill her so huge mistake on his part lol
I guess in the SSU Mordo never needed to go to the temple for healing.
My guess on the bar scene is Venom was teleported to the exact same spot he was in while in the MCU, and as far as we know, the only difference in universes are the heroes/villains, so the bartender could be the same guy, and if Venom was drunk enough to leave one price, he could leave more. OR is IS the same guy and the symbiote bonded to him, and due to some cosmic loophole he gets sucked into the Sony universe, with MCU Peter getting the black suit in a different way
I’d assume the Symbiotes found Venom due to the multiversal hive mind he said he had in the last movie, and the events of No Way Home basically put a giant target on his head
I think when Eddie jumped back from the MCU to Sonys universe, he left a piece in both. We get to see what happens afterwards in Sonys universe with its piece, but not the MCU with theirs.
The Sony bartender is just a similar looking variant of the MCU bartender.

I figured that that small piece of Venom has made its way back to its home universe where Eddie is now, because that can't be Mordo getting that piece. If it was in the MCU, it has to be wizard Mordo, but no. I hope they don't scrap Black Suit Tom Holland Spidey. Anyway, so you're saying that when Eddie and Venom returns to their universe, Venom left a piece again*?

I’m always genuinely excited about the Venom movies, besides both TASM movies the Venom ones are my favorite Sony marvel films

The Venom Trilogy is gonna be one of my favorite Marvel things ever I just know it.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that scene in the bar (from the end credit of 'no way home') isn't even in the movie!!
If I may, Omni, this movie may take place after the No Way Home end credits scene since this variant of the Bartender has longer hair and because the piece of the symbiote we see here could be what was left behind after Venom briefly went into the MCU or it could be what was left there after Venom got yanked back to his universe and it got a drunk Eddie to accidentally leave another piece of the symbiote on the same table of the same bar, just in their universe.
OH MY FREAKING GOD OMNI!!! you're the first person to mention they are out of Sync and i AGREE!!! i think seeing Peter Parker made Venom realize he has a better host out there and so him and Eddie are out of sync! but i paused hte video and typed this out. also the military outfit, are we thinking this is Agent Venom, like since the previous movie or during this movie Eddie joins the Military and is part of a special unit. also his planet finding him, not sure how comic savy you are but we might end up seeing Knoll or some of the others, Scream? either way im big hyped for this movie!!

I was wondering what dimension that soldier is in picking up the piece of Venom. Eddie Brock's or Tom Holland Spiderman ? I was confused watching that part of the trailer like you. I think it looks cool but I hope it lasts longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes like Venom 2. I thought it was to short.
Sometimes you have to wait to watch the movie to have things explained. Trailers aren’t going to do that. I’m looking forward to it.

Bartender hair is longer and looks grizzled. I think different timelines. That was marvel's way of telling Sony go ahead but we still keep our timeline, good luck

I think when we watch Wolverine versus Deadpool I think everything from there on in is going to make sense with Venom we have to watch Wolverine versus Deadpool there's a lot of shit in there that's going to happen between there and Venom so we wait

Honestly at this point the franchise just reminds me of Transformers. The first 1 was watchable. Then it goes down hill from there. If the rumors are right and they are tying Madame Web into this, It's going to be horrible. Never went to theaters to watch the second one, and I won't be going to see this. This is a wait to stream at home movie. "Let get Venom doing a Bollywood dance with some old lady!"....what a dumb idea.

This whole trailer is a complete and utter miss and mess. Using chiwetel AND referencing the MCU scene was stupid. Even if it does somehow end up being mordo, which contractually they can't use that character, and reference to it is out of place and stupid
This was a weird experience. The movie looks like it could be pretty decent, but this is one of the worst trailers I’ve ever seen. It’s like a kid did the editing.

I don't think it is ever fair to compare effects in a trailer to those in a movie, they aren't always finished when they release the trailer and also the compression on RUclips often makes them look worse than in other places. Not that I think this movie is going to have the greatest effects ever.
considering the number of jambs and flaws in the effects of the first part (drones are just a quiet horror in png format 😅), I'm not sure if the effects will get much better.
