Bardzo dobra kombinacja. Trzeba tylko uważać na głowicę w 2.4
Mam ten silnik, bardzo dobry i fajny dźwięk, przy skrzyniach automatycznych nie ma co się bać głowicy. Dużo o tym czytałem i przy automacie tego nie znalazłem tylko manualnej wersji, pewnie dlatego ze głowica przegrzana (tak samo jest w 1.8t vw ), a powolny automat nie daje takiej frajdy i ludzi odstrasza. Co jest zaleta, bo do 1.8t nie jesteś w stanie kupić nie pękniętej głowicy albo nie spawanej

Are the timing chains reliable on these as I heard they can stretch over time and need to be replaced
it's belt driven
It's belt on this, but every car with chain stretches and need replacements, with modern cars is even worst, since the chains are always thinner.

I have the same car and acceleration from 0-100 is closer to 10s. The video description and also auto-data says 8.5-8.7, yet if you edit the video and count the frames, you'll get 9.8-10s in this video as in mine. Anybody know why is this difference?
Is the car reliable? I plan on getting it for my first car, but I dont want to pay alot for repairs and I heard alfa romeos arent good as far as reliability, can u confirm or deny?
@@Sunny-ys3tw A second hand car will always need repairs, I can't say this brand or that brand is super reliable and won't give you trouble. The goal is for the repairs to be cheap and the car to be worth doing them.
This is my second alfa and I love it. It is probably less reliable than an audi or a bmw, but it's also twice as cheap to repair, at least where I'm from. It's still a reliable car, it's much better than any KIA, Daewoo and the like.
The weak points of alfas in my experience are the suspension, especially sporty ones (you'll probably need to change it more often than usual) and electronics, bad connections in particular. There's always some light that's blinking or some sensor that's randomly disconnecting and giving bad signals. It's more annoying than an actual problem. Nothing some contact spray can't fix, yet it's pain to deal with.
In my opinion the car is worth buying as a first car if it's cheap to buy and maintain it where you're from.
For me personally it's worth it despite all the troubles I've had. It's fun to drive, it's sporty and looks really good. Mine is 2009 and cost me 3500 euro to buy in 2021 and about 3000 more to fix everything within a year, yet for me, it looks and feels on par with bmws and audis from 2012+ for 10000 euro and more.

To answer my own question, it was the injectors :| Some idiot had adjusted them to inject only 42 mm3 instead of 67 and the car was 129 hp (actually 110 dyno tested, but the same idiots also put a remap).
Got them replaced with refurbished ones and it's back to full power.
Still, turns out these engines can't really do 200 hp at this age and it's much more common to get about 178 on a dyno (got told by the dyno guy). So maybe that's the case with the 10-ish seconds.

Leider wird die Bundesabgasbespaßungsverbotsverordnung (BABVVO) das Fahren von Verbrennern in der Öffentlichkeit außerhalb von nachweislichen Berufspendelfahrten und Transportfahrten schon sehr bald verbieten, da dann Abgasbespaßung ein Verkehrsstraftatbestand sein wird!!!

@@nenadbozic7627 I have 1.9 JTDm 150 hp Automatic Aisin transmision, and it works great.
its discs probably front. change + pads and no more noise :) aisin AT is good just change oil max every 100K
