Run my 159 2.4 on tractor fuel. Better performance than any of the fuel giants. Absolutely zero issues ever.
Do you know if the diesel engine is a orignal alfa one?
@@ApexRace yes it is .designed by auto fiat as a 1.9jtd then added 1 more cylinder and 500cc.
Later they gave the engines to Opel except 2.4
Are the turbos reliable on the 2.4?

i was looking for a car with certain specs and the car ALFA ROMEO 159 SPORTWAGON 2.4 JTD Q-TRONIC DISTINCTIVE came up. wondering if it's worth it. It is less than 2500euro. Wondering why it is so affordable?
Alfa's aren't known to be the most reliable cars, the electronics like the door locks can fail sometimes. The 159's that are higher mileage often have their subframes decently rusted, and the bushings are in need of replacement. If its a higher mileage car, and the turbo has not been replaced, then there could be problems with that. The Alfa Romeo 159 is a decent car with exquisite styling and that italian flare, though it has its flaws. Owning an older Alfa Romeo is like having a toxic relationship with a gorgeous italian partner.

its the 200 hp version. Good Question about the consumption. I dont know but for sure more then 10 Liters. Next Time I will test it.

если бы видеть еще моментальный расход топлива, было бы супер. вместе со скоростью..
Там в зависимости от градуса дорожного покрытия,с дичного опыта 16-21л моментального расхода,у меня такая же но чуть слабее по лошадям и киловатам 2,4 на 200 лошадей 147 киловат спортвагон,поэтому у него думвю до 25 литров

Даже бензиновый бмв на 300 коней при 200 км/ч ест только 12
@@GregersLife моментальный, а не средний. у Альфы еще особенность - они считает только расход под газом. ОТпустил педаль и катишься - не учитывает.

@@GregersLife Вообще средний лучше всего меряется от заправки до заправки. Ну а дальше можно вычислить погрешность показаний компа и таким образом корректировать цифры с него в будущем
It looks like it is 1.9 jtd 120hp, not 200hp..
the 1.9 has 160hp

Und eine Handyhalterung in der Lüftung ist das aller letzte! Siehst ja was dabei rauskommt....

i would say not any difference to other cars... but the mirrors are shaking
@@ApexRace I'd say fix it as they don't have to shake, man). What's more your car seems to me pretty lazy after 180. I've been thinking if you don't have two more passengers on board when looking at speedo. I got a 210 hp version, but it feels more than 10 hp powerful.

@@adica The car is good and reliable.The parts are not expensive,especially compared to Bmw,Merc,Audi,etc.
There is no difference between the 200 and 210 hp.
The ti versions are superior.
The only minus is fuel consumption - 13/100 in the city.
