you spoke to me in the beginning about having high expectations for yourself and getting unmotivated really quickly. i started a new program in school and i spent an hour crying after the class (and a lil bit on the way to work this morning) bc i didn't perform as well as i expected from myself. i have such high expectations and when i don't meet them, i immediately want to quit whatever im doing and hide, but obviously how will you get better if you don't keep trying and pushing along? anyway, i feel you girl and i love/appreciate how transparent you are in these videos.

Just wanted to share what helped me for being less anxious about my drivers test.
I don't know how it is in the Netherlands, but in my country, you have to take some hours with your driving instructor before being able to pass the exam and in addition to that, you can also drive some time with someone else before deciding to take the test. So what really helped me, after driving the hours with my driving instructor, was driving 2 months with my dad and then taking the test.
I feel like it helped me to learn how to drive without being scared and how to be more confident about driving. So when I took the exam, I just had to be focused on the surroundings and be careful, and I didn't feel nervous at all.
Sometimes it can be scary to drive because you are not used to driving a car, but as soon as you know how to drive the car, your focus on the street is higher. (Also it really helped me to drive in the area of where I drove with my instructor and where I could possibly drive for my test. Makes you more confident about driving there)

40:07 love this part of the vlog, I don’t go for my run this morning because I just couldn’t so instead of being down on myself I did Pilates and a booty workout ❤ now I feel so much better because I was able to compromise with myself instead of just wallowing in self pity. Always nice to know I’m not the only one 🎉

I totally understand the feeling of no having enough air or space to breath because of anxiety, it has happened to me few times. Hope you can pass your test! Driving is so freeing and even therapeutic sometimes haha ❤ Except when your car is failing or there is heavy traffic. haha
