No worries I am here to answer! I use a very standard gel pen you can get it probably in any store. But white posca pen is also great and is even easier to apply than gel pen!

i tend to use arches cold press paper for any larger projects, for any experimentation i use a very standard daler and rowley paper
Is alcohol added in every background colour? how is it so grainy?
It’s the type of paper. Higher quality watercolor paper often has more texture
What's the white pen you use? I've been searching for one like that
Posca white marker :) honestly the best white marker I have used!
