    I Love this. ❤️ I personally would sew the batting to the cotton to give it stability and then sewing to the waterproof backing. I would worry quilting the entire blanket including the waterproof backing because it will pierce it and then it will not be waterproof any longer. Great project. Thanks so much for sharing

    Such a great tutorial. Sadly, after many attempts couldn't get it to lie flat. Especially the section with the flap.

    Would I still have to use batting if I made this with duck cloth for the side that goes onto the grass?

    How do you stop the needle from getting gummed up? When using the sticky back hook and loop?

      I just change my needle every once in a while which I think you are supposed to change it more often than we usually do haha but it’s not too bad because I don’t use it a lot.
