And maybe HS can have an expanded universe too with Kookai and Seph, Jun Jun and Krystal and even the newer characters like Simon eventually developing their stories and deepening their relationships and maybe having their own series. Even Jun Jun can have his own series focusing on being a joker type of guy and giving advice to people. I just have to say Filipino BL is among the best in the world. Like seriously. I wish all good filipino BL series would get the recognition they deserve internationally because the stories and acting are good.

Try watching Gameboys As they already received 5 international awards and recognitions as the Best BL series. The only Pinoy BL that received that feat.
I hope they will create a sequel after this movie but this time let the story be in outside world. I mean the sequel should be in a scene where both Xavier and Mico are young professionals and let the complex of the story rise from being busy and have less time for each other or being exposed to other people that will create a complication between them or both of them afraid to be judged by the outside world. School boy or school life is done. I know both tony and jc can pull it off and it will be more exciting to learn how both will handle the real world 😊
I'm really a fan of JC Alcantara's cry scenes doon sa series. The feeling of hurt was shown not only from his tears and crying but it also exuded from his eyes, and as an actor it's really hard to pull off. JC's one of those actors who can really display real emotions from just his eyes. I'm really excited for this movie's drama scenes and Baby Mico's crying again. God bless kuya JC! Sana may mga BL roles ka pang darating in thr future 😍😍😍
Agreed, but Tony Labrusca's eyes are also filled with tears in several scenes after the song/confession. It was probably more necessary for him to portray it this way, but it was obvious that he was hurting; too bad Mico didn't see this in Xavier at that time; instead he laughed Xavier into the misguided attempt at reconciliation with Crystal. Thankfully Crystal was not jealous and vindictive. I love how she did see the changes in Xavier and the sadness in his eyes when they got back together. Great job to you all and to the rest of the outstanding cast and crew. My new favorite show.
What separates Hello Stranger from other BL series/movies is that they invest more on the story (Olivia Lamasan ba naman ang one of the people behind Black Sheep story making) and that "silent kilig". Hindi sila ma-physical like the other BL na may kissing scenes na sometimes borders to being sexual. Sa HS, those nuances like looking to each others eyes sabay kabig and little laugh makes it awkward but kilig. Very wholesome!!!
I won’t lie, I’m a basic kind of BL lover, in my head, another factor that makes this super successful is the fact the two main leads are full course meals!Not to mention the supporting casts are gorgeous AF. Like look at the young padawans and crystal. Are they not freaking gorgeous? (Chemistry between xavmi was off the radar though, that too)

I mean, I dont want to bring this up here for fear of causing a war of words between fans of both series but another BL couple similar to Wesley and Terrence supporting the main characters of GB is something HS should explore maybe (*I love both HS and GB)? And maybe HS can have an expanded universe too with Kookai and Seph, Jun Jun and Krystal and even the newer characters like Simon eventually developing their stories and deepening their relationships and maybe having their own series. Even Jun Jun can have his own series focusing on being a joker type of guy and giving advice to people. I just have to say Filipino BL is among the best in the world. Like seriously. I wish all good filipino BL series would get the recognition they deserve internationally because the stories and acting are good.
JC is such a good actor when it comes to make you feel things...i had tears with him...laughed with him...suffered with him in S1...can't wait to discover the movie....Tony and JC are really really really great together...all those actors are really good. I hope they will create a sequel after this movie but this time let the story be in outside world. I mean the sequel should be in a scene where both Xavier and Mico are young professionals and let the complex of the story rise from being busy and have less time for each other or being exposed to other people that will create a complication between them or both of them afraid to be judged by the outside world. School boy or school life is done. I know both tony and jc can pull it off and it will be more exciting to learn how both will handle the real world 😊
I'm really a fan of JC Alcantara's cry scenes doon sa series. The feeling of hurt was shown not only from his tears and crying but it also exuded from his eyes, and as an actor it's really hard to pull off. JC's one of those actors who can really display real emotions from just his eyes. I'm really excited for this movie's drama scenes and Baby Mico's crying again. God bless kuya JC! Sana may mga BL roles ka pang darating in thr future 😍😍😍

Agreed, but Tony Labrusca's eyes are also filled with tears in several scenes after the song/confession. It was probably more necessary for him to portray it this way, but it was obvious that he was hurting; too bad Mico didn't see this in Xavier at that time; instead he laughed Xavier into the misguided attempt at reconciliation with Crystal. Thankfully Crystal was not jealous and vindictive. I love how she did see the changes in Xavier and the sadness in his eyes when they got back together. Great job to you all and to the rest of the outstanding cast and crew. My new favorite show.
What separates Hello Stranger from other BL series/movies is that they invest more on the story (Olivia Lamasan ba naman ang one of the people behind Black Sheep story making) and that "silent kilig". Hindi sila ma-physical like the other BL na may kissing scenes na sometimes borders to being sexual. Sa HS, those nuances like looking to each others eyes sabay kabig and little laugh makes it awkward but kilig. Very wholesome!!!

I won’t lie, I’m a basic kind of BL lover, in my head, another factor that makes this super successful is the fact the two main leads are full course meals!Not to mention the supporting casts are gorgeous AF. Like look at the young padawans and crystal. Are they not freaking gorgeous? (Chemistry between xavmi was off the radar though, that too)
