    Call me crazy, but this looks to be considerably more efficient than a centrifuge.

    • @GamingKeenBeaner
      @GamingKeenBeaner 9 месяцев назад

      This basically is a centrifuge. Just moves the water flow in a spiral instead of spinning the device.

    • @sylentxtinction2097
      @sylentxtinction2097 5 месяцев назад

      Kind of... but not really. A centrifuge works on the principle of multiplying effective gravity... which in turn, amplifies the difference in density between gold and nearly everything else.
      This, on the other hand, works on the principle of fluctuating flow/acceleration... and does what a centrifuge can not.... which is force the material into more fluctuations.
      A centrifuge has a small gradient and then the outer face is always working with mass acceleration far greater than 1G. This, however, only has the lower left quadrant of the coil to exceed 1G, and then it's back to 1, then near neutral.

    I agree that a blue bowl is very, very slow - ok, if you have a small amount of black sand with maybe one oz.+ of gold in it. Then you can put in spoon by spoon, no matter how long it takes...but we mostly have a lot of black sand with little gold in it - then your system might work very well. But with flour gold I would presume that all of it is washed the rear end at this mighty flow you apply...

      Tried this 4, 5 and 6 wraps but it wold not siphon properly and would just pour water out the top, diameter measurements of the tube size, how high or what is the diameter of the loops, missing a lot of vital information, especially since I am in Europe and can not get American measurements so have to re-calculate for metric. The only clear tubing I could get was a 40mm diameter. As such I would suggest you at least provide the following information for folks.
      1) What is the inside diameter of the tubing.
      2) Where did you get the tubing, do you have a manufacturer name or VIN number so folks know what to order or where to order from?
      3) How large are each of the coils, each in diameter?
      This can go a long ways to hopefully helping a lot of us test this and give more factual feed back.
