It's actually not that difficult to get into an American cabover, they all have steps behind the steer axel (opposite placement to European trucks which have them in front of the steer axel). Kenworth & International cabovers have them fixed & fully exposed at all times, while Freightliner cabovers have a swing-out staircase.
I live here, and believe me it is great to see trucks every day from Europe, USA, Japan, and now China. We never get bored. Great vlog Tomas.
