I really like your 60 minute build! May have provided me with a bit of inspiration... I also really liked the viewing balcony over the water in the 30 minute build, but had a good laugh when you said you forgot to give them food. I think you should arctic next (not a lot of foliage) and work your way up to tropical (lots of foliage)!
