As for those of you saying we'll never know the names of the "true puppet masters" (ugh, that makes me cringe), you are also being idiots. The answer is right in front of us, and it has been for years, since the Robber Barons and before. We already _know_ the people responsible for our plights. And those people exist in literally _every_ industry across the free market. They are the CEOs and chairmen. They are the investors and shareholders. They are the rich and the powerful, who are dubbed "elite", and who send in lobbyists by the dozens, day in and day out, to get their way with policies and regulations that _should_ be protecting us, not killing us slowly and painfully. These are people like Patricia E. Vance and Strauss Zelnick, Bobby Kotick, and Andrew Wilson. These are people like Alex Gorsky and Ian C. Read. These are people like Tim Cook and Jeff Bezos and Dion Weisler. I name these people _not_ because they are rich and powerful though. I name these people because the practices their businesses use to _conduct_ business on this planet are actively, _physically_ destroying the world, and mentally torturing _millions_ of people worldwide, each and every day. These people aren't necessarily "evil", but they are not deserving of the positions they are in, and do not deserve to run _any_ sort of business after the _shit_ that these businesses and entire industries have been causing for decades. It is time that Americans, and more importantly, _people,_ start opening their damn eyes and seeing the Bigger Picture. It is time that we start fighting back against not only our governments, but the private businesses that have them in their back pockets. I am not against capitalism, just like I am not against socialism. I am against the _extremes_ of these systems, and right now, America, we are seeing _extreme_ capitalism at its fucking finest. It is destroying us. It is destroying everything. We need to grow the fuck up, stop dividing ourselves, and start being aware that there _is_ such thing as a common enemy. And I just told you who that enemy is. Do your own research if you need more to go off of. I advise you do. Edit: It shouldn't take a _kid_ to tell his people this.

They are leaving by the droves. A lot went to Texas and celebrities are heading to Wyoming. Can’t blame them. This is exactly why you don’t want a Democrat in office. The entire country will start mimicking California.
Bob Geo ??? You’re comparing apples to oranges. The FACT is people are leaving California because it has simply gotten way too expensive to live there. Even celebrities are tired of the price! They are #1 in homelessness in the United States. Democrats support a more progressive tax structure to provide more services and reduce economic inequality by making sure that the wealthiest Americans pay the highest amount in taxes. Sorry you didn’t like hearing the truth.
Shit wasn't like this until Trump got into office. You say the Democratic Governors caused the lockdown? Remember the lockdown is how Wuhan and Italy finally mitigated their outbreaks, without those lockdowns tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands more people would have died. So you say these lockdowns aren't necessary because 99% of the people who catch it live? Remember 1% of Americans is over 3 million people. Without employing the ONLY proven method for mitigating a C0v¡d-C1X outbreak, a lockdown, by the time the virus reached100% saturation throughout the population, 3.5 million Americans would be dead. But anything to save the economy right! This guy is an obvious Trump supporter. SO WHAT FUNNY MAN? LET 3.5 MILLION AMERICANS (1% of the population) DIE, JUST AS LONG AS THE ECONOMY STAYS STRONG??? That's exactly what this man is saying. Just remember, Trump dismantled Obama's pandemic response team within his first two years in office, then he treated the outbreak like a hoax for the first two weeks that it was in the news. IF TRUMPthe DIDN'T RECKLESSLY DISREGARD FEDERAL PATHOGENIC CONTAINMENT PROTOCOL the virus would have been contained, but it wasn't. We saw how bad it hit other countries, and we saw that the only way they were able to get it under control was with lockdowns. So the governor's CAUSED the lockdowns? Seems to me like Trump's failing to contain the pandemic is what caused the governor's to have to instate a lock down, as a lockdown is the only method that has worked in mitigating the virus anywhere else in the world. If that we had not done so instead of 190,000 dead, we would have 1.9 million dead right now. So make all the jokes you want, but the FACT OF THE MATTER IS, LOCKDOWNS ARE GOVERNORS PUTTING THE LIVES OF AMERICANS BEFORE THE ECONOMY, and they've saved 10's of thousands of lives by instating them. And they would have never even had to do so, if President Trump hadn't dropped the ball on containing the virus. The United States contains viral outbreaks multiple times every decade, and we've never had one get loose on American soil, in more than one town, before containing it, because of our ability to contain pathogenic outbreaks. Trump is the first president in past 100 years to the allow of viral pathogen to get loose into the general population. That's what caused the lockdowns, not Democratic politics.
I took my family to SF last year during a work trip and during the whole week there was literally a big pile of sh*t in front of the door of LinkedIn's HQ. The crazy people walking around, half-clothed and half-drugged was enough for us. Not going back, ever.
The lockdowns, caused by the failure to contain C0vid, would have put ghem out of business anyway. Listen, I know Dems are corrupt. They want small business out because the can sell the property to tech firms, at a premium. But without yhe lockdown 10's of thousands more die. Just ghat simple. Listen, I don't want to argue. Believe what you want to believe, and vote for who you want to vote for. I love you anyway, because you are a fellow American. I don't fight about our differences, I celebrate them. That's what being an American is all about, the freedom for all of us to have different views, and have different beliefs, and the freedom to have the opportunity to live side-by-side with each other regardless of our differences, United by the fact that we are all Americans. So believe what you will, God bless you at you the way, but I tell you now if President Trump gets four more years things are not going to look too good. And Republican stay in control, they'll allow industry to grow so big, for the sake of the economy, that the pollution created will be too much for our planet to take, and we will begin going extinct. As it is with our current rate of population growth, and the Fukushima disaster killing our oceans, the planet can only support our lives for another 30 or 40 years, according to the scientific community's General consensus. The only way to stop this is to abandon fossil fuels all together... Meanwhile Trump is building pipelines through Indian burial grounds, without even moving the bodies of their Heroes, and in negotiations with Russia to reopen their fields to the United States. Trump's plan Embraces fossil fuels, in a time where that is a species wide suicide plan. What's happening now in California was inevitable. Any civilization that gets as decadent and complacent as ours was last year, historically they collapse. Civilizations destabilize collapse re-stabilize and reform all the time. Just look at Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Those countries are hundreds, sometimes thousands of years older than ours, and that's why they've collapsed and reformed so many times. Our country is Young, it was bound to happen here eventually. So the collapse of our country's infrastructure is at hand, and things are going to get much worse over the next few years, but if we couple that with us destroying our environment, instead of just a certain government collapsing, it could be the whole of civilization... This is our perestroika, that's why the streets in California are the way they are. With Tech Giant driving up the property value in California like they were, and infrastructure will collapse in California was inevitable, the lockdown just sped things up. Good luck boss, Trump will fix our economy and make us all rich, and we will all live very comfortably while we watch our species go extinct. Or Biden will focus on green energy and developing new technologies, which will briefly destabilize our economy, but take a large amount of strain off of our ecosystem. Meaning that we may have to struggle, but our struggle will last many generations longer than the wealth of Trumps that America. If you want to survive past 2050, vote democratic.

Family circumstances and work prevented that from happening. He was administrator of VA hospital in our city 1959-1984 and told me many times how wonderful SF was and wanted to take me there. He never got to go back because of job responsibilities and told me to make sure to go and see it. He died in 1986. I never got to go out to CA and see SF. Then again Liberal doesnt mean the same thing as when I was growing up. I do not think anybody realizes that the majority of Americans are Independents. Last time I checked I believe it was about 30% Republican, 30% Democrat, and 40% Independents. Although it is difficult to trust any polls or statistics. @@wiktorwektor123 Stop being an idiot. The whole government is corrupt. It is a _bipartisan_ system. How the _fuck_ do you not understand how bad that is? It's sad that it took over 200 years for Americans to finally start waking up and seeing that. We need a multipartisan system. Period.
That "swamp" that we Americans speak of? Yeah, it isn't just the D-Party. It's _all_ of'em. And it's one _big_ fucking swamp.
Democrats. Republicans. It doesn't matter. The _vast_ majority of our local and national leaders are corrupt, one way or another. Some of them, to the very core. From Trump, Biden, Obama, McConnell, Pelosi, Warren, and Harris, to Kavanaugh, Cruz, the Clintons, and many, _many_ more, there are increasingly fewer and fewer actual _good_ people entering the American political atmosphere, and even _fewer_ leaving it as the same people they entered as. Chances are, no matter _how_ good you are, if you enter American politics (or Earth politics rather, because it really doesn't matter _where_ the fuck you live), you are not going to be the same person down the line. Very few are able to fight back against the systemic corruption and greed. And the careers of those who try usually don't last long. Fight back too hard, and _you_ might not last long, depending on where you live and what your political views are compared to the rest of your party's.

Why They invest in California number one economy! When fortune 500 and elites buy tons of real estate we get screwed! This is a very good thing to tax rich as much as possible and if they leave great that will help bring prices down!!!! Taxing is to prevent wealth inequality rich people need to be taxed 70% like FDR did!!! Remember the fed prints the money they dont need the taxes! People are confused about this! Democrats support a more progressive tax structure to provide more services and reduce economic inequality by making sure that the wealthiest Americans pay the highest amount in taxes. Sorry you didn’t like hearing the truth.

WoW... You pic looks amazing

Ahhh yes! No need to pan for Gold!
California is an absolute failure because of the inequality of wealth! Elites invest their money in real estate artificially inflating the cost of homes and living! Taxes just curb the wealth inequality and sure if the taxes get redistributed to help the needy, how is that a bad thing?
