Okay so the team's "heart" is important, but I actually saw the team stability also rely on the Team's "mom". For example, the Team's mom for Hololive is Mio (and in some stretch, Lui, and some even argue that Raora is slowly stepping into this role for EN. And no, not because she's a mama for several Vtubers, but because how she treats the smaller members in the group, especially Kobo) So when I saw NijisanjiEN's team mom quit in anger, I knew the group is efffed. Then she became mother cockroach lol.

Hey Salvi, I would like to contribute to helping you with the Vtuber Showcase, I just met an indie vtuber who recently had her 3D debut but the viewer numbers were very low as expected for an indie. But she has a powerful singing voice, they call her the "Shakira vtuber", because her voice is very similar to the Colombian singer, Shakira. Some of her viewers have told her to join a vtuber agency that will help her achieve her goals and dreams, but she has not decided which one. That's why I want you to put it in the next Vtuber Showcase, the vtuber's name is "Shura Hiwa".
kson tweets talk about many faction. 1. mikeneko, why? Because it really famous right now even where mikeneko being bully but did not speak. 2. Toxic community fans (twitter) why? There is a case where someone created commotion from small vtuber/indie and harrass where they delete there social media. 3. company-talent.

As someone who left Kurosanji, yes I can agree. However for me, it felt more like anything you say. People will try finding ways of discrediting your points and any postings you make there. Then there will be a mod or someone else who makes the same type of posting. And get no hate or whatever from it. So…, I can say. The atmosphere there is extremely toxic compared to what it used to be

She loses the respect of her entire ties with her genmates and even gets demonized after being an accused of an abusive psycho towards Mafumafu 2 years later before a drop of verified evidence is presented. Elira Pendora has been exposed as a bully towards Selen Tatsuki in the black box stream after her disastrous termination, Raziel Warmonic’s document exposing Luca Kaneshiro has actual proof, screenshots, DMs showing how dysfunctional their relationship was, and a piece of evidence that could get Luca fired, yet Elira and Luca a receive a slap on the wrist like it was NEGLIGIBLE, confirming the allegations against Luca are 100% true. The cease & desist sent to Raziel didn’t help things out either. Where's the energy? Where's the outroar? Everyone who hasn't spread awareness against NIJISANJI should be ashamed. This cancel culture against Hololive is so soft and pathetic. Plus, the NIJISANJI Defense Force is still not going to stop pouring gasoline onto a PR dumpster fire. Grow a pair.
