E90 TRUNK LOCK

This is how the Trunk Lock feature on an 2006 BMW 325i (e90.) If you have any valuables in your trunk and don't want anyone to open your trunk, simply open your glove box. Flick the switch to the LOCK mode and close your glove box. Take out the valet key from your remote and lock your glove box. Then you can give the empty shell of the key fob to anyone and they can drive they car. They will not be able to open the trunk with the trunk release button in the car or on the remote. Some how I locked the truck and was only able to open with fob key. It had always worked in the passed. What a pain. Then your video. I had know idea I had the glove box switch. Apparently I accidentally switched to lock. Voilà switched to open now it works. Awesome video 1000 likes. Thanks.

I did mange open the (boot) trunk but the door 4 still lock how to open the door I did using valit key but still unlock

what about if there is not power in the car can i still open it with the key?

You can open the trunk or the driver door with the key even if you dont have a battery in the car. So yes you can.
