    I been doing it over the hand the whole time ima try the ball though I like that… I don’t go over the thumb at all, should you or will doing over the hand give the same benefit

    Do you do these exercises while holding a higher posted wrist as well?

      Hi Joel. Thanks for the comments brother. Great question. YES. I almost always try to keep a posted wrist while working pronation. BUT I have a version that I do with a dropped wrist to mimic a low hand Toproll. This version is great for low hand Toproll strength. I’ll be showing that in a video next week titled “ Best Pronation Exercises For Low Hand Toproll Strength”, stay tuned!! Have an awesome day man.
