i cant acess my hub as the hotspot 600 wont connect to internet as no ip address ...how to i access BT hub if i cant access the interent on the hotspot
Hi there, i have a bt mini wifi home hotspot 500 and was wondering if that would work for me to be able to access my extender? Coz i've been trying the different default ip addresses but it wouldn't connect to it :/
Hi. I’ve got one of these older hotspots and it’s been working perfectly until about 2 weeks ago. I’ve done resets plus have re-linked several times but to no avail. I have the one room in the house where we can’t pick up the signal from the main router and it’s our bedroom where I tend to watch things on my iPad. It’s strange as it shows the wifi icon and says it’s connected but it doesn’t work. Could it be possible that someone else has suddenly starting using a similar device nearby and is on the same frequency? Should I try changing it? I’ve watched your video but when it comes to changing the frequency you don’t give enough detail for a computer novice like me. I’d be so grateful for your help. Many thanks.

the wps is not connecting to wifi how do i fix it thanks
Hard to tell without looking. Should be a wps button on the router, you press it then it connects automatically. you could try ringing the help line, but you might just end up getting annoyed like I did.

Video sound is very low
What you talking about? I just double checked and the sound level is fine. Have you got your volume turned down?
I just watched your only video upload. The sound is awful. The recording levels are so high your voice is distorted, there are pops in the sound and there's music playing over it to make it hard to tell what you're saying. Don't criticise other peoples videos when your own is many times worse.
