I have three of these Govee Lyra floor lamps in my living room in the 3 opposite corners from my TV. They give off a pleasant background ambient light. I like the design which matches my Bowers and Wilkins silver speaker stands. You can now sync with the Govee immersion tv backlight, the T1 or T2 although I found that a bit distracting flickering away even on the slower movie mode although it does add to the immersion effect. Possibly if I had them either side of the TV it would be mor3 effective. Easy to assemble with all the screws and screwdriver in the box, and even better value now they are on offer with £50/$50 off. I’m not worried about them being dazzlingly bright because are ideal for bringing light to a dark corner of a room especially on a miserable Winter’s evening.
The more I see this Lyra, the more I'm liking it! I got one coming to me soon and I didn't know you can customize it - the finger sketch feature is really cool! Love your house by the way, so clean and modern and my living room had a bunch of kiddo things scattered too, I just shoved everything into a corner when I started filming 😂

I have Phillips Hue trough all my house but these floor lamps are to expensive. I just bought the Lyra because of this video. We have a slightly same interior taste like you but we have a little bit more dark colour... Can't wait to try them out!
I've come across some videos that you can synch these lights with the Govee immersion kit via the app under command and highlight.. Have you tried this yet??
Great point about the living room light. I bought one for my bedroom, loved it and bought another for my living room. I was disappointed in the low lumens. It also cheapened the look of my living room so I bought a Phillips for that space. I don’t have overhead lights in most rooms (NY thing).
Personally I was disappointed with the lamp as I was wanting to use it as a replacement to my current floor lamp but is way to dim (even with very light blue walls). If you're looking for something more for mood lighting or light to play with colors then it's probably better.

Besides those 3 lamps that I had purchased initially, I purchased an additional floor lamp in March 2022 so now I have 4 of them and their products are great. I also purchased the Govee Smart LED Spotlight, RGBIC WiFi Outdoor Spotlight and the Govee Smart LED Lightbar, WiFi RGBIC LED TV Backlight with Camera but I do not use the camera function but just the backlights at my desk. Totally satisfied with all their products.

Cheapened the look,so you went out and purchased an over priced Philips Hue lamp that doesn’t offer nearly the features. Go figure!

Nice! I do not use homekit and it is not natively supported. There are some workarounds people have posted on Reddit, but I have not tried.

Thanks for watching Andrei. As far as I know, the only way is to group them together using the app, and controlling two that way.

Actually I’ve confirmed that you can control multiple lamps with just one remote, it’s by default and will work right out of box.

It kinda looks like a very tall toilet brush. It kinda killed it for me.
