I returned my pair of 997R. I didn't find them comfy, they also were too narrow IMHO. MUCH prefer to find a 990 v3-4-5-6 on sale instead of a 997R. Massive difference in comfort.
@@flimgenco Sure, at full retail price with zero research, there’s a price difference. But one can shop around and find great deals on the higher price versions. Most of the 990 series sneakers I own came from Marshalls, and cost me around $100 CAD.
I got my first New Balance sneakers because of this channel. I wouldn’t have even considered it unless it was for the video you posted ranking the 1080V13s as the most comfortable shoes. This channel is making me broke because now I have 3 pairs of NB. 😅
@@pierrehahn64most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I have a foot condition called Morton’s Neuroma (basically feels like a pinched nerve with a big rock stuck in my foot). I have to wear wide and comfortable shoes and the 1080V13s are amazingly comfortable. It relieves a lot of pain and I could walk all day in these without pain.

They’re not as squishy and soft as the 1080s but they’re comfortable for golf shoes. Most golf shoes are pretty firm and hard in the heel area for more support.
You got LUCKY AF for getting that colorway with the white midsoles on those Arishis. Impossible to find! I have the woman’s all white with silver metallic, bc the white midsoles was an absolute must
