This is a great video that you did about incubators. In our country we need cooling incubators rather than the heating incubators because its really hot here in the Philippines and harder to produce females because of this. Though we manage to make some custom made incubator that can produce females im working on a new incubator for a more stable and better than what i previously have before. Hope your channel grows more, your doing a great job on giving informations about keeping leopard geckoes. Hoping for more views, more subscribers to come to your channel :)

Hi I'm asking for some help here a week ago I bring home my second leopard gecko is 2 years old and I got her from a breeder the year before she laid 3 eggs and they were fertile as the breeder told me. But she has started to develop eggs and I found an image of her recently with a male before I had brought her. If these fertile then I will Hatch them and give them to a good home I just want to make sure I'm getting all the best stuff and my gecko will be okay x and thank you this video really helped.

    HI im from Mongolia
I have two leopard gecko , My gecko laid an egg on the 11th of February now made in an incubator
The temperature in the incubator is 31 degrees and the humidity in the egg container is 60 percent. I heard that the ideal temperature for a gecko egg is 85-88 % , How to add more moisture Can you take the eggs and spray water on the vermuclite?

Hey there, thanks for your video on this subject! I am a beginner breeder having some trouble deciding on a reliable incubator for my first season. I will have 2-3 breeding females, and am looking for something user-friendly and very reliable. I saw the R-Com PX-R90 Juragon Pro 90 Digital Reptile Egg Incubator in your thumbnail, and was wondering if you had any thoughts on it? I can't find many reviews, but it seems to be a decent size for my needs, and I like that you can place the eggs directly into the incubation substrate without using deli cups. I feel like this may be a more hands-off (user-friendly) incubation experience, as the unit seems to regulate the environment of the eggs on its own with just some water monitoring needed. If you have some time, or if anyone has used this incubator, what do you think? Thank you very much!

Hi! Do I have to use a reptile based company incubator? As long as it reaches he’s the temperature I need, and doesn’t rotate the eggs can I use it? I don’t want to have to buy multiple incubators lol

Most likely if the machine has stable temp with the temp you want. You should be good😁👍🏻

Hi Chris just found your videos.....amazing. Learning a lot about the leopard geckos morphs. I am just starting my breeding program and was wondering if you have a basic morp video or know of some other places to do research. I have tried the morph calculators on the webs but every combinations seem to come out to normal/wild types. I have Mack snows (M&F), blazing blizzards (F), a rainwater/bubble gum albino (F) and a Murphy Patternless (M). Any help would be appreciated.

Great video, as always great info! Just have one question, what does the water bottle on the incubator work for? I may try it on my incubator!

      Hey Andre,
So every time you open the incubator door, all those heat escape and the water bottles will be there to stable the temperature faster when the door is closed☺️👍🏻

Hey Chris I wanted to see if you could answer a question for me or possibly anyone else who is reading this who is well versed on leopard gecko breeding . Do you NEED to cool leapard geckos to trigger ovulation or can I just heat them up from their normal temps to 92?

Hey Anthony 👋🏻 You don’t have to. They would ovulate naturally as time goes. Some people cool it to ovulate faster during winter season😊👍🏻

Hello! So I have been meaning to dive into the world of breeding for while now. I have spent a ton of time researching it. I feel ready. Now it is up to my female to ovulate. I had some family over today and we were feeding them on my bed. They normally do not get to interact with each other but today they could. They did the mating dance thing and started lining up. I pulled them away because I was concerned plus I had two little girls and they did not need to see that quite yet😂. I do not think my female is ovulating but she did start it all. It all happened because she started it. Does this mean she is ready? I am so confused. And let’s say this doesn’t mean she is ready. How do I “trigger” an ovulation? Thanks in advance!

Hi Chrish, could you make a video where you explain how to do a gecko breeding project: how many breeders per morph, how many babies do you keep, the daughters you cross with the fathers, at what age do you change the breeders, etc. Thank you and regards.
