Tom Jones just exudes masculinity... yes, folks... pure masculinity! Not "toxic", no negativity, just absolute masculinity, which is missing so much today.. IMO! : - )
Amber watching your reaction to Tom Jones is priceless !! You have joined millions of women through the years that have fallen under his " spell ".. He truly is the greatest singer/ entertainer of all time !!!
A lot of people will ask you guys to react to Tom's early hits, but I think you will get a real kick out of his last hit, the Prince cover, "Kiss." He's much older than the Tom you're used to, but he still looks great and still has the moves. Also, the video is trippy. The group is called Art of Noise feat. Tom Jones, but it's really all about him. You'll love it.
The thing many people don't know is that Tom was, in fact, married to his wife for 56 years. He was 17 when he married Melinda (16 at the time). They remained a couple until her death in 2016.
And even fewer people who know in the 80's he had a son with a young lady (NOT his wife). DNA test proved it was/is HIS son, who he's never seen or had 1 thing to do with, just send a check every month.
If you're married and having multiple sexual partners then you're a serial adulterer. So his "marriage", no matter how long they were together, was a mockery as far as he was concerned.
I absolutely adore Sir Tom Jones ❤️ I have met him twice!!! I had my picture taken with him and on a separate occasion he signed a linin of all the old landmarks of Pontipridd Wales. That is where he is from. I have seen him over 100 times. I am from Hamilton Ontario Canada, and I have gone as far as Las Vegas to see him. I went to all of his shows in VEGAS!!! I went every night and sat in the very front row. I could lean on the stage!!! I just love him ❤️ He truly is the VOICE!!! I saw him live here in Hamilton for the first time when I was just 12 years old. My Gramma adored him and she took me to my first show. He is a very kind man, and he loves his fans. I love you Sir Tom. Thank you for sharing your amazing gift with all of us and for all of the wonderful happiness and joy you have given us over the past 6 decades.
I've seen Tom Jones in concerts four times. WHen I was very young, Mom and I went and rocked out. I used to watch his show, too. LOVE him. He's aged like a fine wine.
Nobody like Tom, who can make any song his own. Yes, to his own songs such as "It's Not Unusual" or "What's New Pussycat?", but there's also his *exceptional* cover of "Kiss" by Prince, which is true to the original, but still uniquely Tom. And once again, I BEG for Tom doing "Long Time Gone" with Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Not to be missed, I swear!
I’ve been a working studio musician and live performer for over 50 years. I sing, write and play many instruments. Nothing in my life has brought me more pleasure, than watching you two lovely human beings, grow and blossom with the love of great music! I wish I could be there with you. Every time you react to a song, I have 1,000 wonderful details that I want to share with you. thank you so much, for letting me relive the miracles of my life through fresh eyes. ❤❤❤ PS: do not go one more day without reacting to “I’m Never Gonna Fall in Love Again” (1967 live TV performance) by Tom Jones & “Oh, Darling” by the Beatles. Warning: you will both need oxygen, afterwards! ❤️😎🎸🎹🎶
It's Not Unusual is my *favorite* Tom Jones song. And it's best to see him perform that one live in one of his late '60s performances because he had some impressive dance moves for that song!
Sir Tom Jones is the MAN!!! He is a "Vocal Beast" who is currently in his 80's and can still belt out those notes like it's nobody else's business!!! Please react to his "live" video of him singing "WITHOUT LOVE" you'll be glad you did too!!!
My wife and I saw Tom live in concert twice. Without a doubt, the best voice I ever heard sing and I saw Queen in concert three times in the 70’s. There’s a reason his nickname is The Voice.
You should check out his cover of Mama Told Me Not To Come with fellow Welsh band Stereophonics from the 90s I think, a full 30 years after he first made it big. He's still going as well, love watching him as a judge on The Voice here in the UK. He is a living legend!!!

Getting ready to celebrate 45 year anniversary in July. This has always been one of my wife's and my favorite songs! I point at her all through the song with the biggest smile! And my wife's name is Grace! And yes she's got style and she's got Grace for she's a lady! 🙂 I really like the video where Tom's doing this live because you know Tom he's a jamming!
My mom had a crush on Tom Jones. I saw him live with her. He put on a great show. He had a great variety show in the 60's. We never missed it. My mom was a Tom Jones fan girl. He also wore the tightest pants ever. Good memories. ✌🌻🌻
I saw him in concert about 10 years ago and the ladies still swooned. LOL! The Tom Jones show has some awesome performances, everyone did his show. They'd make great reactions for your channel. I hope you get the chance to meet him.
Does anyone remember watching “The Tom Jones Show”? My mother HAD to watch it and we would laugh at my mom how she swooned and my daddy would roll his eyes! Great times & memories. Such a HUGE Tom Jones fan!
His modern covers are sensational! I was lucky enough to see him live, very last minute, years ago because I DID NOT want to miss the opportunity to experience a Legend!
Fell in love with this man as just a young kid. Handsome as all get out...and a voice that sends tingles down your spine! He is just gifted in every way. Thanks for giving him all the praise you do. Sometimes his amazing voice gets lost in all the sex appeal.
Tom did some covers over the last few years including Princes' "Kiss" featuring Art of Noise , and Talking Heads' "Burning Down the House" with The Cardigans.
In the 70s, 80s and 90 competition from newer artists was so strong that artists were always reinventing themselves to younger audiences. If they didn't they were forgotten
Tom Jones is a Welsh singer who has one of the smoothest powerful voices around. And he was a showman too, in fact he was a big heart-throb with the ladies. He has so many hits such as "It's Not Unusual", "What's New Pussycat?", "Green, Green Grass of Home", "Delilah", "She's a Lady". He covers a lot of genres. Hope you will look into more of them. He is still performing & is a coach on "The Voice" UK version. He also had a variety show from 69 - 71 & had some of the biggest music stars at the time.
Welcome aboard! I remember my mom and three older sisters, going wild while watching Tom perform on TV , back in the early '70's. I really like Tom's voice and his demeanor.
Tom Jones and Elvis were close friends. When Elvis returned to live performing in Las Vegas in 1969, he studied Tom's live performances for ideas on how to work the Vegas crowd.
I love you two - such a strong interest in music - have not listened to this song for decades but love Tom's voice. Thank you for adding another layer to my music history.
PBS did a series called "The Blues" quite a while ago. Tom Jones was spotlighted in one of the episodes ("Red, White, and Blues") and he provided commentary, interviews and more. In this episode, he does "Hard Times", (A Ray Charles classic) with Jeff Beck, and just kills it. Even without reacting to it, I hope you look this up. You will be blown away.
Tom Jones has changed has changed his sound over the decades and he always hits the songs out of the park!! Tom Jones is The Man!!! He realised an album in the 90s with so many other popular artist featuring on the tracks, Check out 'Mama Told Me Not To Come' with the Stereophonics and his cover of Princes 'Kiss' is really cool. 👌
When I watched your reaction to the Tom Jones interview, he used the word “standards “ , this was a term to songs that were recorded and re-recorded by several artists. Today you might equate it to the word “covers”. I hope that helps you understand the quote. Keep up the good work.
You should always play the videos of the singer performing. It's much better than just looking at a picture on a screen. Tom Jones puts on great performances, always great to watch him.
Haven't even started this video yet and know exactly how you guys are going to react. :) Also suggest KISS. Did a concert in Melbourne with John Farnham years ago.... his voice sent shivers up my spine. Literally. It has an amazing quality.
I am loving your opinion on Tome Jones. I grew up with his music. I really think he is underrated by the industry, they don't even have him in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, that is just sad, as he is so unique and just incredible. He is a legend up there with Elvis with no doubt.
Tom duetted with loads of big stars ✨ Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Cher, Smokey Robinson and Elvis to name just a few. Tom and Elvis sang Tom’s song I’ll never fall in love again the first song you listened to from Tom 🤩
When I was little I'd occasionally have a sleep over at my grandma and grandpa's. When grandpa was out of own, I'd snuggle with my grandma and we'd watch Tom Jones on TV. Grandpa wouldn't let Grandma watch him because he got jealous! 😆 Tom Jones was quite the ladies man.
Sir Tom Jones is 81 years and still looks good. If you want to see wnat he looks like today you can catch him on The Voice UK as one of the judges. He even still sounds good at 81 and that is insane. His son now manages his career.
Tom Jones has been doing all kinds of collaborations in recent years. J. Yeah “ Kiss” is really good. Tom has been a powerhouse singer since I was a boy and a lot of his later material covers a huge range of styles ( still with a huge voice)!!
I was very lucky to have met him in Vegas. My husband used to business in Vegas quite a bit and I always came with him. One of the main reasons is because a couple of the guys in Tom Jones's band were my hair clients. They would be in Vegas for months at a time so they appreciated when I would come in once a month and cut their hair. As a perk, I got free tickets to his show and got to hang out in the Green Room afterwards. There wasn't a huge long conversation because the man does a 3-hour concert with no intermission and he is so exhausted when he comes off the stage he's practically being carried he goes straight to his dressing room and they lay him down for a second. He did stick his head in and say hello and he was very gracious and sweet as pie. Believe it or not one of his favorite and most requested songs is prince's, " kiss"
Thank you! TJ ROCKS. Always brings that sincere emotion, power vocals and control without sounding controlled (if you know what I mean) to his work. Some probably feel otherwise, but I think one of his deepest emotional performances is “I who have nothing“
My dear late mother (RIP) was such a huge Tome Jones fan, She realised her dream in the mid 80's when she saw him live for the very first time, I took her to the concert and yes she was there right in the front of the stage totally in awe of him, She did give him a bottle of Champagne as a present and got a kiss for it too, As for me i looked on and just in awe of him on how these women of all ages were just ga ga over him, It was a great concert too. One that my mother never forgot til the day she passed away.
What an incredible song, I really love Tom Jones. My parents had his albums and I grew up singing his songs. He was quite the ladies man back in the day. The ladies in my Mom's generation had never seen anyone quite like him before. He was one of the very first men on tv who was overtly a sex symbol. But the great thing was that he is so genuinely talented and the sexiness had humor and he never took himself too seriously which made him even more attractive. :)
Grew up watching and listening to Tom Jones! Love him. My mom said she liked hearing him, but didn’t like watching him…I’m not sure I believe that…lol! Great reaction!
Tom Jones just exudes masculinity... yes, folks... pure masculinity! Not "toxic", no negativity, just absolute masculinity, which is missing so much today.. IMO! : - )
Amen!
Back in the day he was one of those men every woman wanted, and every guy wanted to be.
A family friend saw Tom Jones being relieved of his clothing by a mob of female fans in a Las Vegas elevator.
Only a small minority of marxist losers push this toxic masculinity crap
And that is why women used to throw their panties at him on stage.
Nothing scarier as a kid than seeing my mom and her sisters screaming this song at the top of their lungs. They were a bit tipsy at the time
That is the truth....lol.
Yessir, i recall my mom n aunt tipsy watching him saying he could put his shoes under her bed anytime... Lol
He did have that reaction. My Mom loved him.

Written by Paul Anka (Canadian) for Tom Jones (Welsh, UK) while on the plane trip together. Fantastic combo of talent.

Yeah “ Kiss” is really good. Tom has been a powerhouse singer since I was a boy and a lot of his later material covers a huge range of styles ( still with a huge voice)!!
Mr. Tom Jones, can't go wrong...One of the Greats!!!
Fun Fact: When Sandra Bullock produced and stars in her movie " Miss Congeniality" Tom Jones song "She's A Lady" was featured in the movie
Thank you!
Watch Tom Jones sing this song from his show! What a treat!!
Grew up watching and listening to Tom Jones! Love him. My mom said she liked hearing him, but didn’t like watching him…I’m not sure I believe that…lol! Great reaction!
I saw Tom Jones in Vegas in 1975. The ladies were losing their minds. A heck of a show
