I placed an order for a 2024 Camaro 2SS in late July. I chose Nitro Yellow as the color. Last week my dealer called me to inform me that the car 🚘 was ready for me to pick up- I raced to the dealer to pick up my New Camaro. The car is more Gorgeous than I ever dreamed. It’s very sad that GM has decided to pull down the curtain on this most beloved American Car.😢😢

I was able to order a ZL1 1LE early this year. Knowing how difficult they are to get, I ordered one from 5 dealers and only 1 received an allocation for a 1LE. I feel super blessed for getting one. Good luck to those trying to buy one!
People Chevrolet of GM will listen to us because i Put a petition together to save the iconic Chevrolet Camaro 2door Muscle Car with it's rear wheel drive V8 powertrains for Possibility of a next generation !!!
I have a 2023 zl1 1le… I had to buy it from South Dakota dealership and ship it to LA on January 6th.
I original had a 2016 2SS new and then went to the 2019 1LE 1SS. Love these cars but very disappointed with the end of the run. I wanted to get a 2024 but they didn’t up the power and only did cosmetic badges etc, so I passed. I hope they bring back the Camaro.
I had a 2016 2ss loved it, but had to get rid of it and of course I regret it, however I recently purchased an 86 IROC soo im happy again
I received a 2024 ZL1/1LE on December 7th. I found it through the Camaro Cave at a dealer in Kalamazoo Michigan. It was available to purchased so I bought it. It did have a price markup. They delivered it to me on December 7th. all of this happened after my 9 month order was canceled the early part of December. I was very lucky to get it.. It has Three miles on it!!!
I picked up my new 2023 ZLE Sept 2022 when it came off the truck in NJ.
i ordered a ZLE from a dealer but he was being sketchy by not giving me my gm workbench order number and also my order was not accepted so i found a lightly used 2020 ZLE for 10 grand less than i wouldve paid for a 2024
They made 69 Camaros for 18 months. My friend has a SS built the third week of December 1969. The 70 had problems during crash testing with the hood going through the windshield. Till the hood hinges were redesigned.

Luckily last December, I was able to slide in and grab a custom ordered 2023 ZL1 1LE, where the original buyer backed out. --- 2023 1LE 6-Speed with a production date of 11/22.
Luckily Got a 2023 ZLE in June. Had a red on order. Got nervous I wasn’t gonna get it. Found one on a lot -black. JUMPED on it. 68 miles tore it apart to get 830 hp to the wheels. LOVE IT!!
I’m just glad I got my 2024 lt1 I really didn’t think It was going to come in..
Still have my 2016 2$$ an I’m never selling her!!! She’s at about 74,000 miles… zero issues! M6 all stock babe! Camaro for life this way 🫡
Hey bud. I commented back in April stating the dealer got allocation for my Camaro but not for a 1LE. It frustrated me but I loaded a ZL1 up with everything I could get close to the 1LE. Finally got it in October…. It’s a beauty supercharged 6.2L plenty of power. I am happy but they tried to mark it up and I balked big time. I got my way and picked up for 73. I will be placing it on RUclips.
I ordered a 2023 ZL1 1LE in November 2022. It was built in December and arrived at the dealer in January 2023. I was on the list at 4 dealers. Only one called and had an allocation. He was surprised that there were no constraints on it. Apparently, the PDR has been hard to get as well.
I purchased two (2) 2023 ZL1 1LE Camaros....1 Red Hot and 1 Black. Both are automatic. I just had one modified by Nickey Performance in Chicago.
So glad I got my 2020 when I did. If I can snag a 2024 in the future I will. The sharkskin metallic is what I have my heart set on.
I got a 24 LT1 m6. Happy to get it. But seriously what a lacklustre goodbye from GM. The special edition is honestly kinda pathetic

Lucky to have been able to get my 2024 panther edition 2SS just got it 2 weeks ago now, still have my 2016 as well. The 6th gen is an amazing car. I still have my 4th gen SS which is an amazing car as well. My Panther Camaro SS is incredible and will always hold a special place as even if it comes back, this will probably be the last of the 6 speed manual Camaro.

What Amsoil do you recommend for my 2020 Chevy 1500 LT. Trail Boss with the 6.2. It does have the G locker, but not the electric rear locker differential. I would also need the front diff fluid as well. Thanks.
0w-20 Signature Series of it is a stock motor. For the transfer case I like the blue ATF. For the diff, go SEVERE GEAR® 75W-90 all day

I still use the 5th Gen Bumper Removal video when I forget the one bolt behind the indicator/sidemarker light.

SoCal resident and I dream of moving out eventually to somewhere I can do things to my car without the state on my back. Hard to leave what you know all your life. Any other reason you don’t have your eyes set on other states or do you? Been a sub for a very long time. Was a 2017 6th gen owner, now a RAM Trx owner and just sold my modified 2015 300s 5.7 hemi. Always enjoyed your content. Down to earth dude that is just doing his thing and enjoying the process.

I think the 2ss 1le will be more rare than the zl1 1le for the simple reason is that more will have went for the zl1 1le than the 2ss 1le. I took delivery on my 2ss 1le Nov 15. Cant wait to park it beside my 91' this summer and have that beer after shining them up! Still cant believe i got it. Hope you all get yours..
The ones in transit are usually already being held for someone. If they drop out then the dealer marks it up to ridiculous prices.

I find it interesting as you mentioned the new v8 they are making will soon be completed and the last 6th gens just so happen to end production right before that. Would we be crazy to assume they plan to design the new 7th gen camaro around this new engine? In this day and age it’s hard to say but we can hope. It definitely could be a possibility.
So, I put a deposit down on a 2SS in the beginning of September this year. For a collectors edition model. I have not heard anything from my dealer yet. Should I wait or should I go get my deposit back?

I had an order in for a 2023 ZL1 manual convertible. I changed it to a 2024 in the spring of 2023 once it was confirmed that 2024 would be the last year. I just found out today that the order was cancelled.

I ordered a 23 zl11le but was scared out of waiting and told to get zl1 so that's why I got the vivid orange. Don't see many and always wondering how many vivid out there? Is there a way to find that info?
I think you are right. ZLE will be the rarest in 2024.

Might have to wait a year or so before they are public. But 2024 looks like the most restrictive year with less than 50 ZL1 1LE’s built.

How about a Garage 56? They may be more livable than a ZLE (suspension wise).
What oil would you recommend far the LT1 camaro?
0w-40 or 5w-30 Signature Series.
My 2018 SS Camaro 1SS convertible gets 5-30 Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic only. I've never had any mechanical problems. I got 30 thousand miles of happy miles. That's my SS Camaro upper left corner. 😊

Well, i found a 24 ZL1 1LE, but it's automatic. I'm having a hard time with it not being exactly what i want for the money they want for it.
And by that I mean not being a 3 pedal car.
Manual is always a requirement for my vehicles. Unfortunately a lot of people can't drive them so companies are doing less and less Manuals these days. I would keep looking if it were me. There are tons of used ones out there with less than 5k miles on them just might not be a 2024

Last LT4? We still put them in the CT5 Blackwing and I don’t see them changing that cars high performance engine. The one that was designed for it wouldn’t fit which is why they went back to the LT4.
Last LT4 for the Camaro. The LT4 for the blackwing is technically different.

I love my 2020 SS I also have a 2010 RS but Chevy could have did wayyy better at least brought back the Z/28 or something or even add more HP to the SS & ZL1 I hate they didn’t let it go out with a bang

LT1 or SS, which is the better buy?
SS hands down
I didn't need the extra cooling features the SS has. Don't road race but do take my LT1 to the drag strip a couple times a year and have zero regrets. I mean it's mainly a city cruiser anyway so there was nothing drawing me to the SS in particular. Saved a few thousand at the same time. Also I am in a cold weather environment so the all season tires were a good fit for me anyway. You will be very happy either way I have no doubt.

No it wasn't covid it's the EPA. Wake the hell up. EPA has been trying for 10 years to banish v8s and big power fun "gas guzzler" cars. Even though all of the sports cars in the world together don't equate to what private jet and cruise ship use in a single year.

Watched a comparo the other day and the Camaro scorched Darkhorse. Mustang getting fat. Stang was a manual though as well... Personally, I would not let 3/10s of a second determine which car I buy. It's a STREET car and both perform incredibly well.
