Mitsukoshis are known in Japan for having impeccable service. They treat you like royalty (at a price of course). The basement market in BGC is also very nice. The ones in Japan though, are iconic. Those basements are well known destinations for one-of-a-kind super fancy cakes, desserts and fruits. That said, I'm sure the customer service in BGC would also be top-notch.

This mall's basement is a food haven, with so many overwhelming food choices.

We went to Mitsukoshi Mall on my 2nd time to go to BGC. The first time was at Venice Grand Canal Mall and SM Aura. It was short visits because I was in the Philippines for only a few weeks.

This is not Japanese-inspired it is a real authentic Japanese mall/department store brand from Japan.

Yes, you are correct 💯. It is indeed the first Japanese mall in the country. Thank you for the correction 👍

Beautiful mall. It has a warm vibe becasue of the wood accents and neutral colors. The walkways are narrower than most malls though. I don't know if that's intentional.

Wrong title it’s very misleading. It’s a Japanese Mall it’s the first MITSUKOSHI MALL in Southeast Asia. It’s a Mall Brand with Japanese roots not inspired by Japan. 🇯🇵
