I love your shawls so much they are so pretty. ❤
It's always very comforting to know that you will stay with us through a lot of rows, and you are so calm talking us through it. It's quite therapeutic actually. Hope you are well and doing well also.
I am loving all these lacy patterns!!! One is more gorge then the other!!!!
Thought I'd just watch the first time to get a sence of this pattern. It was so lovelie to watch and listen before I begin. Thanks. Here I go.....
I always look to you first when wanting to crochet a shawl. You never disappoint me. You are so patient and thorough. Happy crocheting!
Love your shawls. I am making my 2nd primrose shawl in Mandala bonus cake. It is a 3 wt but I am using a size J hook. It gives it more drape. Thanks for the inspirations!
I'm going to try this as a head scarf. I'm old I can wear whatever I want.
🙌✨️
Haha me too! That's what I planned also. But not for me. For my 18 year old granddaughter. She and all her friends love crochet. Whats old is new again.
This is so pretty! I just want to stop what I'm doing and get started on all your delightful shawls! My crochet library has an encyclopedia of Fiber Spider tutorials! All libraries need this "book!"😃
Lovely ❣️❣️❣️. Thank you so much 🦅🦅🦅. This was the pattern I was looking for 🦋🦋🦋. I’ve already started one with shawl in a ball metallic wind chimes color. Which is a variegated blue with a very thin strand of light blue metallic strand of nylon. Mix of acrylic and cotton. You are a great designer 👩🎨
I just can't keep up with all your gorgeous patterns! This is another must have!! Craig you are a big inspiration! So glad I found you on RUclips many years ago when I decided to learn how to Crochet!! If anyone say they would also like to learn how to Crochet, I point them out to you! Happy Crocheting! 🥰🧶
Every week you somehow surprise us with a brilliant piece 🥰 this would be great for summer worked in a cotton or a cotton blend even bamboo. This would make a great beach shawl or lake shawl. My daughter in law lives in Louisiana so she doesn’t need something heavy or bulky, this would be awesome for her, nice and lacy. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into your wonderful videos for us. The thought and effort you put into the videos for us to learn and enjoy is so wonderful. I look at your channel as kinda like a soap opera, without the drama lol. One has to stay tuned into your channel because we don’t know what surprises you have in store for us week to week. You are simply amazing we can’t thank you enough. But we your fans love you. 🥰
Thank you my dear! 😊🧶🕸🕷
This is beautiful! I have yarn already on the way that I had ordered for a different project. I think I might put that one on hold, and start this one now. I wonder if using LB Scarfie would work. It's a bulky 5, but I think it would be gorgeous. It would just be bigger. I do have 2 balls of it so it would be over 1000 yards. Thank you for sharing! Your voice is so soothing.
I do believe that would be fine. The only thing I would do is increase the size hook to a K or an L instead of using a size J, but that's based on my gauge/tension.
What a wonderful way to spend my Saturday night...thank you!
You are a good teacher. That's going to be beautiful
LOVE this pattern!! I have the perfect yarn for it (a sparkly Mandala). Want to make my twin sister a summery shawl (she lives in TX). Thank you Fiber Spider!! You've done it again!!
Craig this is a beautiful shawl and I like the way you begin it..very cool❤
I have a lot of color changing yarn and it looks like I’ll be making a lot of shawls with this pattern!!! It’s so beautiful!! 💜 Thank you for the beautiful pattern!
Fabulous pattern. I love your tutorials.😊
Absolutely stunning 😍...love the lacy patterns...
Agree on getting started. No Big Cakes on hand.

Hi Craig, I haven't told you lately, but you are the best teacher. I think I have made more of your shawls than anyone elses, Crystal is a close second lol. Thank you!
Love the lacy stitches for a very pretty shawl. Thank you for the tutorial.

Beautiful shawl, thank you for the tutorial 🕸
Thanks for the yarn review, too! It helps me to know if it’s worth it to buy a particular yarn when I see someone using it!
I did this shawl. It was so easy. Love it. Love you. Tfs
Wow another wonderful shawl, I so look forward to and get excited for seeing your new shawl patterns Mr Spider. I love your clear explanation of the pattern and the time stamps. Thank you so much ❤️
C4aig you are so talented. You are a great teacher. I love to crochet along with you. I have made 3 different size Butterfly shawls. All different type yarn they are are all so pretty. I can't wait to make this one. I have the yarn in Blues. Thank you so much ❤️. Have a wonderful Saturday.
Great pattern. Looking forward to working this up. Thanks.
So pretty, I'm looking forward to making this shawl. You are very talented. Thanks so much.
You have the best shawl videos. This will be my 5th. I made several virus shawls and butterfly shawls. Love your instructions.
Thanks for all you do, I am finished with my first one and am sure I'll be making more.
You are such an excellent teacher.
This is gorgeous. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this tutorial.

This looks great. I will have to make this. Thanks for sharing.
Another perfect tutorial! Thank you!!!
To my favorite Spider who is so talented!👍💗
I had already purchased the ice cream roving, looking for the perfect pattern, thanks to you I have found it.
I love it! This would be beautiful worked in a 2 wt. I can't wait to do it. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing the weight of the yarn you will be using. I have some weight 2 yarn and couldn't figure out what to do. Thanks again
Having a bad today. you helped me. Going strong on this pattern with my carton cake. Tks so much!
This shawl is fantastic! I am making mine out of a Mandala Bonus Bundle in the blues and greys. It's very pretty. Since there is so much yarn on the bundle I am increasing on every third shell row so that it won't be 20 feet wide!. Thanks for the great pattern.
Excellent pattern! On the list. Adore Lion Brand Roving. Have used it for several projects. Made a wonderful baby blanket. Thank you for all your hard work and inspiration. Its contagious.
I love this yarn. It is so soft and wonderful to work with. I am making a blanket from Creative Grandma's tutorial with this yarn. When she first did the blanket the yarn wasnt available. I grabbed it when it came back out. Now I will have to order another colorway to do this project as well. What you have worked up is so pretty!
Thank you. You make all of this make sense. 😊
Thank you for sharing this tutorial nice and lacy you always explain your work so well than you again..🙂
I’m just about finished with this and I’m loving how fast it works up. I get a bit of insomnia now and then and worked most of it in one night

So beautiful.
I enjoy do it with you thank you a lot keep going
Very nice!
Beautiful
Very pretty.
OMG, I love it, I am using Caron Jumbo Ombre, Blush and Blue, I did change the pattern a bet. magic circle -ch3- 1dc -ch3 -1dc -ch3 -1dc -ch3, 2dc,,,,,, so you have a ch3 and a dc at the beginning and at the end 2dc, ch3 turn 1dc into same space, 4ch and then fallow Fiber spider pattern, and at the end of each row 2 dc into top of ch3,, I like the clean and easy edge.
Last row with ch2 spaces, next row ch2 -1dc as rows before, in all ch2 spaces 5 DC til end, last 1dc into top of ch3, ch2, sl st into sp at dc, hide ends. Thanks Fiber spider.
Love it!!!
This is beautiful. Please explain how to finish off the shawl on a last row.. I'm very very new to crocheting. Thank you for going row by row and great teaching!
Muy lindo y fácil❤️
Working on this now
Hello Fiber Spider! I am thinking used yarn more light #2 . I am having many gradient cake yarn's and here in Bakersfield CA. The Weather now is 🔥 today we will have 90°F . Thank you for your tutorial! 😉😍🤗❤💯👍
I love this pattern and am making one using Caron Cloud Cake colorway Saltwater Taffy
I have become shawl “obsessed” 🙂
Love,love
Craig this shawl is so beautiful but I’ve not long started a different pattern for myself 😩
I just am finishing one of these using J hook. and Premier Sweet Roll Cakes (doing color control). Would love to share the photo.
I thought I had commented on this a few days ago. But maybe I didn't hit send.
I love this pattern and have 2 skeins of the 200gr bright coloured Caron Cakes Rainbow Sprinkles.
Do you think 400gr would be enough?
I also don't know how nice it will look with those bright colours. Has anyone started this pattern yet with brighter colours?
It's winter here and I prefer to use bright colours to brighten up the dark days 😊
hi. I really like this. I see it as a throw or afghan. what would the multiple be? Thanks!
🙏👏👏
Very beautiful, do you have the pattern? Thanks
Hi I just finished this shawl as well as the lapping waves shawl which came out beautiful…this one is supposed to be a gift for my sister and I’m afraid I messed up somewhere. The sides (each long side of the shawl) are all curling inward not staying straight down plus the middle ‘peak section in back seems shorter then the front idk where I did wrong I’m so upset :( this took me a week to do I can’t even begin over because it’s a Xmas gift :( what do u think I did wrong??
Love this! Can you give me the link to the "back & forth" pattern you were talking about. My preferance is a rectangular shawl, but I love this stitch.
On his channel there is a peephole tutorial

@@FiberSpider Thanks a bunch!
@@FiberSpider Hey, I'm having trouble following the pattern online. Do you have a written pattern for the peephole rectangular shawl? I can't sit in front of the computer all the time.
@@CBE21 what's the link so I can check it out. Thanks
Hi. Great job. Can you give me from your inspiration a granny square to make a baby blanket?? Thanks for your attention… peace 👍👍👍
I am getting confused on the second row in doing the two singles and chains I'm missing where they are
I don’t know if it’s because I’m left handed, but I can never seem to cinch the slip knots for row 1.
It’s not because you’re left handed. I’m left handed. And I know how. You just need to learn it properly
