I think I remember this and I was 4, the late Mark Speight was on the To Me To You! show once for an episode. I remember Plamso too forgot the name and thought I was dreaming till now so thanks for upload.
I personally find it strange that they moved to Studio 9 a matter of months before they relaunched all the graphics in October- which meant of course that they had to change the decoration in the studio. Though I guess they knew about it- which is why some of the logos look like they were taken from Studio A. The lit up signs behind the desk look like ones that had been in there since at least 1992.
plasmo must have been that weird animation. the episodes were short and i only saw 3. very creepy for a kid show. one bit that comes to mind was going over a creepy abyss. i loved those cbbc days
