Hi there. Thank you for all the videos that you put out there. They are very helpful. I tried connecting with your company, filled out the form but have not heard from anyone yet. It's been about 2 weeks. I'm hoping that I'll get lucky here by asking -- if we have 2 options of adding an ADU (fixing up the basement or the entire second floor) and would like you to weigh in on the best approach, can this be covered (pros/cons) on the service that you offer - Zoom Consultation? Kindly advise, what's the best way to approach this. Thank you very much.

    very informative video.. great job
My questions is this ... when we convert our primary residence into two or three units / ADU . is it better to write off these structural expenses as expenses.. or
DO not write off.. and still keep it as primary residence with 3units (adu) for ex legal basement and a garden suite , so when we sell off we dont pay Capital gain taxes .
which is better ? thanks a lot if u response....greatly appreciate it

Great video. What if lot is good but municipal services like municipal water and sewage services are not available. Most of the time large lots are in private water and private sewage. Do you consider them or it is hard no?

Great question. Depends on site conditions for septic and well water placement. In general our info is more geared towards lots within the urban boundary with Municipal services. Also rules are different if it's considered rural.

Can I build a tiny home in my backyard under $40,000 legally living or rent out for someone. I'm from Oshawa

Unlikely. Lumber alone is around $20k for a 600 sf unit.
