- Following Morgan Wallen's arrest back on April 8th after allegedly throwing a chair off of the rooftop/balcony area of Eric Church's new bar "Chief's", questions have surfaced surrounding his near future. Morgan Wallen currently has a numerous amount of shows lined up before and after his initial court date. Along with plans to open a new bar later this year in Nashville, Tennessee. Not much has been said since Morgan Wallen's arrest from his team which leaves uncertainty for these events.

The support comments are great but sometimes support comes in the tough love variety. Many stars have fallen with the full support of their fans. He could have killed someone. I wish him the best but for his own good it shouldn’t be swept under the rug.

It’s because the chair was 20 lb stainless steel 60 ft down and could have killed someone.. If they let him off they’re worried more people will go to Nashville and be throwing chairs & kill someone.

He tossed a chair off the top of a building onto a busy sidewalk. If you or a loved one got hit, wounded or killed by a chair thrown off a high floor would you chalk it up to, ok we all know Morgan Wallen. At best he was looking over the edge to make sure he didn’t hit someone but still reckless endangerment.

I imagine Morgan will want to work as much as he can in case he has to pay for a long, drawn out trial. Court dates are different, obviously, because Morgan would have to be there.
