- Country singer Morgan Wallen is facing years in prison after his arrest for allegedly throwing a chair off the rooftop of a Nashville bar. Video captured by EarthCam (www.earthcam.com) shows the chair flying off the sixth-story roof of Eric Church’s bar Chief’s. It’s unclear why he allegedly tossed the chair, but a source told the Daily Mail he had been struggling with his ex and the mother of his son, KT Smith, getting married just a few days before. KT, however, has shot down that story.

Morgan Wallen has a reputation for being out of control. Whether it's making racist remarks or so irresponsibility throwing a chair from a roof that could've easily injured or killed someone on the ground, he never seems to learn his lesson. He needs serious help.

I don't know who he is, don't know his music, and really don't care... but potentially getting 6 years in jail for throwing a chair that didn't hit anyone... that seems quite a lot, just like some people got just for having a bag of weed... and yet you have killers and pedos that barely get jail time. Never really heard much about him previously, except for seeing a previous headline about his foul language. His music in this video sounds okay, though the lyrics are not very appealing. Seems like Morgan has either a drinking problem or just poor judgment in general. He will likely get off with a light sentence if he is punished at all, as he likely has the money make that happen.

I live in Nashville and i promise u there is a bachelorette party this weekend that things 20x worst then that happened they make stuff seen way worse like he posted a 15,000 dolllar bond and leaving it like he actually paid 15k when u only pay 10% he paid 1,538 to get out the 38 is the fee tge bonds company charge here in Nashville and saying he can get 6 years is false we go ranges and sentencing guidelines here and he isnt close to a range to get 6 years they will drop it down to a misdemeanor he will get community service and a fine it happens all day everyday here worst case witch i dnt see happening is he gets a diversion sentence witch is a couple years probation and if he completes it with no trouble it gets taken off his record permanently like it never happened they do that here all the time also dnt let the media fool you because they are trying
